(And avoid the 2003 Remake. Apart from the cast, it's all a bit of an underwhelming mess, and comparing t to the original just makes it all the more noticeable, IMO) :p

Man I missed out so many good movies. MY list was rushed to be fair. I only submitted it about an hour before the deadline. Loved most of the Eastwood westerns.

Couple of my picks I’m surprised ended up so far down the list, likes of Bullit Mary Poppins Easy Ridet etc. I’m sure that’s the same for everyone

The original is every bit as good as the Scorcese remake, wirh Robert Mitchum's Max Cody every bit as menacing as he stalks Gregory Peck and his family.

    (Full Movie)

    "NO PRISONERS! NO PRISONERS!"

David Lean's biopic takes no prisoners, going on to deservedly win 7 Oscars, including Best Picture, Director, Cinematography and for it's instantly recognizable Score.

If people haven't seen it, or not horror fans, then not likely to vote for it, lol. As it happens, it only had 3 'Top 10' votes - although all 3 were rankings 1 or 2. So for those whose niche this is, it scored extremely well, but it was a small niche. :/

:56: It was the same story for 2001... If people are not sci-fi fans or not seen it, then not likely to vote for it, lol, but for thr 4 'Top 10' votes it had, there were 2 '1' votes & 2 '2' votes, so similiar story to Rosemary's Baby. :/

Which brings us to the Top 10 movies of the 1960's. The business end, so to speak :)

"What we got here is... failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach. So you get what we had here last week - which is the way he wants it... well, he gets it"

Just one of so many memorable quoteable lines and memorable scenes
