    Interesting to hear his wife say he's had it for about 7 years. I didn't think he had been battling it for that long.

    The first time I thought he wasn't right was during that Champions League draw in 2013. He seemed very frail.

    Very sad news.

    Such a legendary figure.

    Dementia is a *. It's horrible experience seeing the person you know fade away amongst the confusion and fear.

    Stay strong Cesar, once a hero always a hero.

    You never walked alone then and you will never walk alone now.

    Like a lot of people I have experienced it in my own family with my gran who went from being a really tough strong minded person to becoming a shadow of herself. It's a horrible horrible disease.

    * bless you Billy :shamrock::shamrock::shamrock:

    Scares the * out of me the prospect of getting dementia, heart breaking to see your love ones forget who you are and to be that confused abut life and need help so lonely it must be. I hope there is a cure one day for it. Hopefully Billy has good people around him.

    He is a giant of Celtic and no one will ever come close to him as Captain.

    His aura will loom over our club forever.

    A living legend and glad he's been alive to see his magnificent statue, so often these things are done after people pass on.

    Such a horrible disease and our love goes out to Big Blly and his family.
