Had 2 weeks off holiday and loads of birthday cake etc and had a great time eating out to help out :fear: and went from 16.3 to 16.10 :56: ffs. Anyway back on it this week and down 2 to 16.8. So another couple weeks to get back on track. Oops.

Down 2. Only 3 away from my pre holiday weight. How I can get * so bad in a couple weeks is mental :56: still pushing hard. Even if it turns out I have to diet another 12 months to see an abb, it shall be done! Already managed 7 months.

Started properly weight training again about 4 weeks ago, seeing improvements in my bench & squat already.

Down 3kg and 1% body fat, plenty more to go...

Still need to get more serious with the diet but getting better.

Usual for me, going to the gym regularly and feeling good. Just ticking over. No specific goal in mind.

Anyone know anywhere that's a good deal for weight plates set, struggling to find ones that aren't mental prices for a 2" bar?

Same man, built a gym out the back, kitted it out with a heavy bag, speedbag, bench, barbell, dumbell, also stuck in a few hook points at various places to use resistance bands on for mimicking cable flies etc.

Was bang on it every day for 3 weeks up until last week, done the ligaments and tendons in my bad ankle, and had * sunburn on ma shoulders, so needless to say it’s been turned into a drinking den since last weekend :56::56::56::56:

Back to the grind starting sunday morning, none of this “new monday, new me pish” lol

    Bags oot, kegs in.

Once you get into the swing of things it actually becomes enjoyable man. That's the goal to have it all in the gaff, no excuses at that point.

No. I'm probably part of the problem and bit the bullet and paid. As I outgrew them I ordered more so it spreads it a bit. Your not needing 100s of kgs to begin with. Got mine from mirafit. Good delivery times, qaulity and not too out the box. Got a new 2 inch olympic ez bar from some random on amazon for £40. Absolute top notch qaulity haha but sold out.

    Better do my Friday update..

Hit things hard this week. Paid off. 3lb down and caught back up after my 2 weeks holiday. 3 weeks to recover from 2 weeks isn't too bad. So now excited for next week as it'll be a new low!! I may have made full on tshirt weather enjoyment this year, but I'm not stopping, the goals tops aff enjoyment :56:

    Walk On
Is anyone a member of the Glasgow Club?. I am now a full time carer and have to be flexible re going anywhere now as I have to make arrangements for someone to stand in for me. So, can I just turn up at the gym at whatever time I choose or do I need to book a time slot
I did it for two months and it worked m8. I never ate anything from 8pm at night to 12 o'clock the next day. It was hard at first as I am a night time eater but you do get used to it. You don't need to stick to the 8 to 12 regime and could choose whatever hours suits you best but as long as you try to keep to the 16hr fasting. Shifting weight is a right * so Good luck

Done my first 20k ever this week. In an hour and 57 minute's..

I've only ever done just over 15k a few time's before..

Mental really when this time last year (is maybe just before can't mind) I swear I was blowing doing 4 and 5 k's here and there..
