Ange needs to be more pragamatic tactically. 2-0 up and we should be switching to counter attacking.

How can both our centre backs have played well when we conceded 4 goals? Baffling statement.

McCarthy is a proper quality midfielder and will prove that when match fit.

Cant see it happening, even with us at full strength.

They have the quality on the bench (we dont)if needed, and they can go up the gears when they need to.Even at our best we are no match for them.

never good to see us beat but there was brilliance in our team tonight

rogic was * amazing best ive ever seen him and he kept it up for the full 90minutes

jota was fantastic and looked a 20m player on the right wing

juranovic and ccv were fantastic, montgomery is a * player , ajeti for a wee guy hes cracking at heading it and he looks dangerous as *

turnbull is quality and didnt look out of place you just feel theres a lot mroe to come from him

Negatives are the basics of defending and being switched on. A long standing issue.

However positives are there also and if we get everyone back for a sustained period we'll be grand. Plenty to work with and we'll get there.

We played some excellent football at times in the night,

We also has some * horrendous defending and that's what coat us here. Welsh should be ahead of starfelt but since starfelt cost 4million he probably not get ahead of him. But I'd say carter Vickers was more culprable for the goals really but was overall better

Arguably Bravo could have seen red for the penalty incident, that would have changed things, we had the dissalowed (rightly) goal as well. I'm not happy obviously, we lost, but there were a lot of positives in that game especially with such a depleted side.

From.the doom and gloom that was in here before kickoff losing by a single goal would not have been bad. It's a * way to lose it, we should not be throwing away 2 goal leads, that's * * but I wouldn't go fully into a hole on the back if this game

Disappointing to lose, but we certainly didn't get played off the park. Considering the amount of fringe players, thought we competed well.

I am not disappointed at that. Yes, we need to improve defensively but we looked outstanding going forward against a good team. When you consoder how many players we had out for this game that was not a bad performance.

When you keep getting beat by teams that are not that great you have to accept facts.

    Pros:
    • 3 goals away from home
    • Montgomery always positive
    • Jota good in flashes
    • Carter-Vickers despite a shaky game looks to be an upgrade on what we had
    • Ran a good team close while missing several key players
    • Ajeti in amonst the goals again. Put crosses into the box in front of him and he'll keep that up.
    Cons:
    • 2-0 up and collapsed horrifically....again
    • Ange refusing to compromise on ideals...again. Unless he embraces pragmatism, then this won't be the only time we see similar.
    • Soro looks a shadow of the player we seen burst onto the scene last season, no discipline
    • Starfelt ain't it. Early days but I think we've bought a turkey.
