The Hoops return to Premiership action when they travel through to Perth to take on St Johnstone in the Sunday lunchtime kick-off.

Since the International break, the Bhoys have had to share the spoils in a lacklustre 1-1 draw with 8th placed Motherwell before travelling to Rome, where they lost 2-0 to Lazio - a team currently sitting in 11th in Serie A.

There are another 9 games to be played in the next 30 days, and with so many fixtures coming so quickly there is little time to dwell, but that can be a good...

With the European ambitions for this season hanging by a thread, the Bhoys will be hoping that history can repeat itself tomorrow, when they take on S.S. Lazio in the Champions League.

After the 1-1 draw with Motherwell at the weekend, Celtic will need to be far more clinical if they are to have any chance against Lazio, but hopefully that game will have served to get the rust out after the International break and ready for this trip.

The equation is simple. Celtic have to win this game against...

The Hoops return to Premiership action after the International break, when they welcome the visit of 8th placed Motherwell on Saturday afternoon, as they look to extend the gap at the top of the table to 11 points.

And Brendan Rodgers will want to have his team quickly rediscover the sort of form that they displayed when dispatching Aberdeen to the tune of 6-0 just before the break.

This will be crucial for the Hoops to immediately get straight back into the groove for what is a tricky run through December, with games coming thick and fast as...

Celtic will line up on Sunday afternoon to take on the visit of Barry Robson's Aberdeen side, as they seek to retain their grip at the summit of the Premiership table.

The Bhoys will need to shake off the chastizing Champions League defeat by Atletico Madrid on Tuesday, after Daizen Maeda's first half red card saw any semblence of game plan thrown out the window, ultimately resulting in a heavy 6-0 hammering.

The disappointment of the Champions League aside, Celtic remain undefeated in the League, currently sitting 8 points clear at the top of the table, albeit having played a game more than second placed Sevco.

And...

The Hoops travel to the Spanish Capital to take on Atletico Madrid on Tuesday evening, in what could be a pivitol night in the Champions League for all 4 clubs in Group E.

The Bhoys will be all too well aware that their efforts a fortnight ago in Glasgow will need to be matched once again if they are to keep in touch with the rest of the Group in the hunt for continued European football in the new year.

After three games, Feyenoord lead the Group on 6 points, followed by Atletico on 5 and Lazio on 4. But...
