From what I have seen he def is. Anyway I don't thinking his passing is honking, just not great. The main issue I've noticed is he gets turned too easily by going in tight on players. Clever players will expose him and he lacks the recovery pace to rectify it. It's early days still but hadn't seen much if anything of him previously so just calling it as I've seen it playing for us.

I can’t see Duffy doing * like Boyata did for Windass’s goal against us.

    No chance.

Duffy isn't a ball-playing CB but he knows his limitations and doesn't try the ridiculous.

Boyata was atrocious on the ball but thought he was the next Van Dijk eg. trying to nutmeg an opponent while last man at Ibrox. Watching him, Lustig and Gordon try to play triangles every game took years off my life.

With a better-functioning midfield, a proper LWB and a better attitude from the team Duffy will show his quality.

Sloppy last night but I have no concerns whatsoever long term, he’s just in the door and has had several partners and shapes already.

I think our defence looks fragile right now, even Barkas looks nervous, would love to see what the players do in training, how they're being coached, because we don't look organised tbh.

I’d rather he kept it simple, he doesn’t need to worry about adding to his game at this age.

Against good teams, he'll be on the ball a lot more than them. I remember when we played Boavista when every player was marked except Balde, who they were willing to let have the ball. That's something better teams will do with Duffy and we have to have an answer tactically.

He's perhaps suited more to a back 4? Only saw him play for us and the Finland match recently. Obviously he's looked very sloppy on the ball and making errors every match so far. Early days though.

    Jullien is much better.

No way is jullien better Duffy has had one poor game. The other matches he's been brilliant with his defending. Making interceptions, heading retaining possession. Yes jullien can pass but his defensive skills are poor and he's weak minded

Probably the worst player on the park for us..

    Brutal at time's..

Getting caught out with long ball's. Rash in the tackle. Booting it out when under zero pressure and being told to calm down..

One great block but he was poor today..

I think he's still off it in terms of match fitness, hopefully he's fully fit for the hun game.

Thought the big guy was a bit off it today, but not concerned, he'll stroll most games.

Take a bit of time to adapt from being the guy that’s leathering everything to * away for Brighton to a guy that’s seen as the base for starting attacks for Celtic.

I’ve no concerns, he’ll get there. He’s not been playing for a long time as well!

His block in the second half at 2-0? was outstanding. He pinged a 50 yard pass to Frimpong that went unnoticed in commentary too.

Lot of slack passes today and Thursday night though, but he'll tidy that up.

Completely different job in front of him that he's used to.

He’s still gaining much needed match fitness. Not worried at all.

I will take a few slack passes here and there if he is putting in that fantastic last ditch blocks on a regular basis. That was a crucial block at 2-0 there. Could have been another nervy finish if it wasn’t for that great block. Thankfully we went up the other end after that and killed the game off.
