Any update re the wee man's injury?. Thought I might see something about it in the SMSM but, by the looks of it, the injury never happened. It wasn't even shown on Sportscene which just shows how corrupt the media are in this country. Yep, still raging

Sportscene did a segment on it. Michael Stewart saying definite red and Thompson agreeing it could cause serious injury.

Sorry m8 for the confusion, it was the BBC Sport highlights I watched this morning. One minute Frimpong was on the park and the next we see El Hamed crossing the ball for our 3rd goal. Glad Stewart highlighted it though. He is the only pundit that has the balls to speak up for us.

Too much is being asked of him, everything down the right seems to be his responsibility.

He needs Forrest back as Christie doesn't offer the same outlet out wide as Forrest does.

Either way, down the right, seems we are going to be without both (Forrest & Frimpong) for a few weeks more than likely now anyway, which is just fabulous.

Celtic should take the matter further by pressing charges against the murderwell player as well as suing the SFA, Dallas and SPFL for deliberate actions leading to assault and injury of our players, citing deliberate assault on KT a few seasons ago, Kunt assault on Broony and the assault on Frimpong.amongst many other instances of blatant corruption against our club, players and fans by the Scottish authorities of the footballing and non footballing kind.

Now that would make the * get up and notice. Just a pity that we lost Paul McBride as he would have tore that shower of corrupt feckers a new one and enjoyed doing it

CELTIC star Jeremie Frimpong has received a boost after being told he hasn’t suffered a serious injury.

The Dutch-born right-back hobbled off in Sunday’s 4-1 win at Motherwell not long after being scythed down by a shocking studs-up tackle by Devante Cole.

And boss Neil Lennon later spoke of fears the ex-Man City youngster could have knee ligament damage.

But SunSport understands a scan revealed no worrying issues and instead the 19-year-old – who has made a massive impact since costing a bargain £300,000 in 2019 – has mere bruising.

Frimpong’s expected to be available for Celtic’s return to action post international break against Hibs at Easter Road on November 21.

Thank * he's not injured, love the wee man and he offers us a lot.

At the same time, I think we should be starting Elhamed ahead of him for now, especially in games where we need to defend more often.

I think this would be the way to go until Forrest is back, if Frimpong is to be our RB we need our midfield to protect him a lot better imo

Dont think christie has the knowledge to play as a sitting midfielder.

    square pegs in round holes.
