News of the World - 7/10 - Didn't think too much of the last Tom Hanks film I saw, Greyhound, this was a bit better.

Blue Ruin - 7.5/10 - Just watched this tonight, thought it was pretty good. Buzz fae home alone makes an appearance.

    The Equalizer - 7/10

Denzel Washington works in b and q by day, kicks * out * that deserve it at night. Quite enjoyed it.

    Dark Waters - 8/10

Read this story a while back but just got round to watching this.

Mental the lies that are spun by the people right at the top, just to keep profits high and the general population in check.

I love this film, it’s not big or clever but it’s a well made thoroughly enjoyable watch.

    News of the World.

Enjoyed it, I’m a Hanks fan boy though.

    Probably a 7.5/10.

Watched Lucky the other night, with Harry Dean Stanton. His last movie as he sadly passed that year(2017), pretty much plays himself I reckon. Great part from David Lynch as his friend saddened about his missing tortoise Roosevelt.
Slow paced for obvious reasons but a cracking film.

Had me bit worried there, that there was a David Lynch movie that I'd missed @elbhoydo But as it was him acting rather than directing will probably catch up with it at some point, esp after your recommendation.

watched boss level the other week, frank grillo....
same story as other movies, keeps waking up every day after being killed..... but its actually pretty decent action wise.

Enjoyed it , wouldn't watch it again though.

First one is one of my best movies of all time so always gonna be tough to hit the same heights, same with alot of sequels.

    6/10 imo

The Little Things - Its a slow burner but Jared Leto is superb in it he’s a right creepy *, plus it’s got Denzel so that’s a bonus.
