I was going to start a CV Top Tips thread ... but maybe here best?!?

It can be really useful coming up with recipes for the ingredients you have...

This one is good. Enter your ingredients and it will come up with what you can make. You can tell it if there’s any cupboard stuff (salt, pepper, etc) you may or may not have.

    https://www.supercook.com/#/menu

you can also narrow down by telling it what type of fish you want ... breakfast, soup, main ..

also an app that does similar. Will post later.

    DWP Lifting All Sanctions

UPDATE 31.03.20 - THIS WAS INCORRECT. Existing sanctions still stand, there will no no new sanctions.

(If you or anyone you know have been affected by a sanction on UC at the moment, you need to state in your journal "I wish my sanction to be lifted".

Assume its the same for ESA if anyone is on this old-style)

    Benefit Overpayments Recovery Suspended

Deductions for the recovery of Universal Credit and legacy benefit overpayments, Social Fund loans and Tax Credit debts will be paused for three months.

The majority of deductions will be suspended automatically, however if you currently make repayments through a Bank Standing Order, Bank Giro Credit or through online banking, please contact your bank to cancel your arrangement.

    However...

The recovery of advances by deduction from Universal Credit payments will continue

    Also interesting to note...

    • For citizens who are not on benefits, we have directed private sector debt collection agencies to stop their activity for Debt Management customers.

    • We are also suspending voluntary debt repayments and recovery by Direct Earnings Attachments
