    I've never understood why there are so many more right handed/footed people than lefties

    Also, people that can play sports with their weaker hand. I don't get it at all. Cricketers that bat left handed and bowl right handed :43:

    Right myself same as my Da and one brother but two other brothers sister and mother all lefties.

    Maybe a genetic or brain thing as to why.

    I'm a righty.

    Is it not something to do with genetics? I think left handedness is a recessive trait, which is why it is less common. At least I think I recall learning something like that in school many years ago.
