Osmand looked decent in pre-season. Hopefully he gets more chances.

Wondered that myself, seems strange that you'd have a guys out the first team for months then bam back in first team because of injuries or sometimes they never get on because they are rusty as * means wasted player.

Maybe 5 a side practice every week keeps them ticking over or squad split into two teams for short games

Wonder if he could play wide right, at least gives us the option and rather him than Yang.

    How did he look?

I think it’s really telling that Rodgers leaves and then he makes his debut.

He looked like a promsing young player, like we were told he was when we signed him. Rodgers is a helmet.

Did ok I thought but probably not the best place to judge when you're 4 up and cruising at home. Should hopefully get some more minutes before Xmas

Yeah for the limited time he was on,he had a nice touch and looked rapid.
He made a few Kyogo type runs, that wasn’t seen by the player on the ball.

He done well at the end and should have had an assist when he flashed the ball across the 6 yard box but Maeda didn’t connect with his effort (the sort of thing that would have been a definite goal during his spell earlier this year).

It would be interesting to even give him a shot on the right side of the attack in less of a pressure game such as next Sunday vs Killie at home. Either from the start or if things are going well the last half hour.

Forrest isn’t going to be able to play 3 games a week so if he plays an hour vs Rangers on Sunday and similar against Midtjylland it would be an opportunity for Osmand to come in on Sunday.

I think he was a bit unlucky he came on when the game was won and the players were quite rightly slowing down.

Even so, I was impressed he took the ball out wide and ran square to have a shot himself. Fair play understanding the situation but making sure you do something at least.

No issues with this kid getting some more game time.

Looks very sharp - very promising for the future. Another player who previous manager never considered. Glad Rodgers is long gone

This is why you don’t judge a player off his number of youth international caps.

I’ll always appreciate Brendan for the trophies he won and some amazing results he gave us, but keeping players like osmand away form the team is just mind blowing incompetence

Could do with another six months in the B-team, then we can reassess him. :BR1:
