This would have been the manager's call, so I have to support it. I think we should have loaned him. He needs regular football but I suppose with Yuki and possibly Iwata new to the squad he wanted someone he trusted.

 

Sure I've asked this before but what's happened to Dane Murray? Between him and Lawal we would have some cover.

 

Injury problems

 

Had to go all the way to page 12 to find this guy's thread(!) which is a clear indication of just how out of the picture he's become.

Not sure if he's even fit, but I wouldn't mind seeing him start on Saturday and then in the cup given how much Yuki has struggled.

 

See if any player is off I don’t want them given a game between now and then… how hasn’t he taken the plunge with a single youth player. We are obviously unbothered by these results if they keep happening. So why not play any of the youths if Welsh, turnbull and others are to leave..If I was vata, lawal, carse,summers I’d be off. Cos if they can’t get a game now they never will

 

I'm the same as you as I have more confidence in him than Kobayashi. However he hasn't played since August and the rumour is he's been told he can leave in the summer. So I'd be surprised if he features in either game as a starter.

 

He was Motm and scored our first goal of the season against Aberdeen.

I know he's had bad luck with injuries but he's definitely capable of a good level/performance.

 

Vata is injured I believe, he was chopped in the youth cup final. Summers aye, he's been on the bench he should have been getting Game time, Lawal was aweful in the youth cup final. I do agree though, youth should have gotten some chances

 

I don't rate him one single bit but he's a level above Kobayashi..

 

I think he’s a good back up to have for the league, no nonesense defender that just keeps it simple. Strong enough not to get bullied and capable enough with the ball at his feet for playing out.

 

He needs to come in at the weekend with a view to getting some minutes into him before the cup final.

 

I still wouldn't be overly comfortable with him as 4th choice mate. 5th? Fine..

Ange must think the same as he's been well well out the picture and tried Kobayashi and even a centre mid in Iwata whilst he's had nothing..

 

I think he’s been slowly building his fitness up but aye don’t think he’s in Ange’s plans but still think he’s a good option to have.

 

He isnt good enough, simple as that.

 

Much better than kobayashi tbh with you would rather Welsh over him any day of the week

 

Neither are good enough.

 

Not good enough and will be away in the summer but I'd have him in the next 2 games.

I'd play Kennedy, mcmanus or odea before kobiyashi.
