    Question: Greg Taylor handles the ball, the game continues and Celtic or St.Mirren score in the intervening period.

    VAR now utilised after one/or both teams score. 3 minutes elapse before the penalty is given.

    If Celtic score is it St.Mirren 0 Celtic 1 and a penalty to St.Mirren?

    If both teams score before the VAR penalty decision is it St.Mirren 1 Celtic 1 and a penalty it St. Mirren?

    My brain is hurting trying to work it out! VAR is a shambles!!

    Good points and bad points about that game today. Good points were the way we sped up the play and attacked them non-stop in the 2nd half. I think the Abada substitution helped with that as he was more direct in his play. Bad points - we were really slow the first half and passed the ball about without really creating anything. Possession stats are all very well but it's the end product that counts. The two penalty decisions were a fecking joke but expected (especially when Dallas junior is on duty) and surely to * someone from our club really needs to take those cheating feckers to task, especially when we all saw what the huns got away with, not only yesterday, but since VAR came in. My main concern is that we will inevitably see similar decisions like those we saw today in games where we might not be able to overcome them

    only update I had was VAR 1-0 CELTIC at half time…

    Sounds like they are still trying to do all they can to give Sevco a glimmer of hope… anything that might boost their confidence..

    Sounds a contentious game - but still boosted the GD..

    I guess there's also a tiny tiny TINY part of the SweetFA that wants a competitive league as one team winning it all the time makes it harder to 'sell' the game......

    Great win. Think we were all worried about this one. Had all the omans against us with not scoring there for a while, usual league cup hangover, them being very good at home…and before red it was very hard to create anything. Think we would’ve still won though just not as comfy. If the red doesn’t happen it’s probably 1-1 mind.

    Abada changed game pretty sure he had a part in the first 4 goals. Abada and Haksa have to start midweek. Today was never a game for Maeda and everyone said that before hand.

    With that result Celtic have scored 113 goals in all competitions this season.
    They need to score 6 goals in each of their remaining games including 3 Scottish Cup matches to break Celtic and Scottish record of 196 goals in one season.
