Mexican snags with my patented shake and bake tatts and Mrs C's excellent tabouleh.

Brilliant, but needs a nice IPA to wash it down and Monday is my non-drinking night.

No entirely sure what to cook for dinner. Its just me the night so Im thinking I might just get Asda to make me a big pizza. Ive always thought they are pretty good value the pizzas out of asda.

My favourite is a weird one though. Pepperoni and Mushroom. It is fantastic

I am chasing ma hole the night.

Making a Paella for me and the Mrs and setting up a wee candle-lit table in the living room. Bit of Spanish guitar music on and a freezing cauld bottle of white wine.

In the Paella is going - Two packets savoury rice (its cheating but it works), onion, red-pepper, garlic, chicken stock, smoked paprika. And then the seafood - Scallops, Squid and Prawns, a bit of diced chrorizo and maybe some mussells. Loads of Lemon wedges. Garlic and Tomato Flatbread aswell.

If I dont get ma hole tonight then she's getting tinned spaghetti and toast the morra

Have had BBQ 10 nights in a row haha weather was here & wasn't gona waste the opportunity.

Chicken thighs & wings, cajun seasoning with some of that hot peri-peri sauce rubbed in, marinade & then throw on the coals, beautiful stuff.
