Get Giakoumakis and Maeda on to start and brute force our way through what I assume will be a 11 man defence. Not sure what their pitch is like is it one those more narrow ones? If so then it may be better to have Kyogo and Abada start and use some movement and trickery to get past 11 man defence

Maybe rest Hatate, but I'm only saying that to be stupidly overbearing and protective as that spine tackle seemed to not sit right...bring on Turnbull in his place who's passing may not be as risky and forward thinking but is arguably far more accurate and better to have Maeda run in behind or Giakoumakis to hold up play with.

Should see us get another very controlled, unsexy 2-0 win again.

Every Celtic away game should be on the tele with the amount of cash we need to spend on different subscriptions to watch our team play.

Sky, BT, Premier Sports, Celtic TV… and even a TV License to watch the highlights :fear:

The way it was a few years ago with Sky and BT alternating was a much better gig for the fans. BT Sports coverage was unbelievably good - great banter and decent build up to games, you always looked forward to it. Sky is just dull as * from start to finish.

Cant wait until this deal is up tbh. Hopefully by that time we’ll have a better negotiator to get the best deal for Scottish Football and for the fans.

No idea how fans of other clubs have dealt with this new deal tbh. They used to get their games on BT on an almost weekly basis, now they only get on tv if they’re playing us or them. Brutal.

    Early alarm that but.

It’s the danger of accepting another £2m or so to Sky who don’t give a *, had 10 excess games last season they had rights to, rather than BT who put effort into our coverage, talked up the game, had more insightful pundits, gave longer build up time towards Scottish Football. But never fronted up more money.

And the clowns we have in charge just done the sums, not taking into account the quality.

If BT didn't want to bid or put a * bid in I can't fault the SPFL for not taking it. They do a lot wrong but if they had turned lots more money for a better commentary team then they would just be criticised for it. Save the criticism for when they really deserve it, there are plenty of them.

Those Fire Stick things are becoming more appealing by the day.

Absolute disgrace this isn’t on TV.

What is the reason for football in the uk not showing every game? Only place in the world I see that * happens in rugby league as well in england, makes no sense if half you * cant even get into the ground to watch it either? lol

Bein Sports (on Fox) always has live SPL games but not always Celtic. Fortunately there's always a highlights program that shows every game. Better than nowt.

Is it not to do with making sure people attend games or something?

I’m not against it in principle but when a club with 55,000 season ticket holders is playing in 6,000 capacity stadium we can surely make some small exception.

It makes sense for lower league English teams and all Scottish teams bar us and Rangers. But our games often end up on telly anyway and in the EPL you have about 2 games a week at 3 pm on a Saturday now and most premier league teams sell out their season tickets.

It wasn’t lots less though, that’s the point. It was absolutely short termism from those in charge again. BT were helping build Scottish Football as a bigger brand, Sky treats it with contempt

    Definitely mate.

Their build up to games was the best we’ve ever had and they were giving the other teams in the league the platform as well, whereas Sky don’t give a * about any teams other than us and them.

Would be interesting to know the difference in what they were offering and Sky were offering.

2025, but think the new deal will be negotiated next year so maybe news come out then about who's involved.

No doubt sky will probably be a major player at the table though.
