The 30% clause was mentioned before by Portuguese media as to holding the deal up. The media here were saying that wasn't the case and his personal terms were holding it up. Also see Fabio has referenced a Portuguese source in his tweet.

I'm no overly complaining anyway as we're still getting a good deal out of it as 6.5 is daylight robbery for his talent..

 

He's a £15 million pound player we're getting for £6.5 million. I've no doubt we could potentially sell him for around £25-£30 million either.

If we didn't have anything agreed and he was on loan with no buy option after the season he's just had....team's would easily be going for him at 15 mill plus..

No sure how much he could eventually go for. Don't want to downplay how class he is but probably around the 20 mark is probably the best we'd get down the line..
