Absolutely. Sunk about 80 hours in since getting it. 2 weeks of isolation included though.

you won’t regret playing it. One of the best games ever. I’m only now feeling like I’m getting to grips with it. Just got to level 50 today.

I got it tonight… and it looks brilliant from a graphics POV.

But I don’t have a clue what I’m supposed to be doing. Is there actually a plot? Or am I just supposed to explore and regularly be killed by everything that moves? Seems to throw you in the deep end a bit and I’m not sure what the point is.

there is no set path, when you come across sites of grace they usually have a gold trail hinting at where to head. It’s really up to you. There is a story but it will develop as you progress, it’s your story and it’s what you make of it. Find the first church of Elleh and talk to the characters inside of that . That will set ya on your way. Just watch out for the knight on the dark horse….

That is the starting path, go to that gold token at the bottom of the screen and find the church. Then follow the signals

    * me what a game, I've been flat out on it. Very very difficult. I haven't managed to beat that * from the Stormvile castle yet, need to level up more I reckon.

Any pointers on leveling up? I went for a samurai so I'm assuming it's best to avoid levelling up faith and Arcane?

The big * that jumps down on you? If it is.....Run in and get him to jump down, avoid the arrow guards....make him chase you out of castle onto land out front. Go close to him and dive through his legs till you get behind him...just hit him and keep diving behind him.

If you beat him, level up you HP first..I did this a few times and got more HP to deal with him.

Btw if you do beat him you HP will probably be low...you then need to go in and deal with the guards and arrows...so watch as you die u need to do it again.

Another tip for that part is that you can run in,let him jump down and then dive around the arrow guards avoiding the big guy,as he swipes to get you he kills the guards at the same time...harder to do though.

Dont even attempt the dragon in the lake yet....pain in the *

No mate it's actually Godrick I'm on about in the castle itself. I've no problem taking giants down now and I actually find it a lot easier to do on my horse. Godrick is the * for me at the minute. Looking to get my first great rune.

Did you know if you go down the lane where the giant is facing godrick that there is a woman you can summon to help you fight? I had her my spirit wolves and my flask of physic all on the go to kill him. Also threw a few fire pots at him and kukris.
