He makes that run while trying to point at Jota so Bitton will pass straight to him. A completely selfless run to open up space, that’s why when the ball ends up at Kyogo he knows immediately what needs to happen so just hits it straight to Jota.

Jota returned to Celtic this afternoon following a brief return to Benfica.

The Portuguese winger headed back to his parent club for extra treatment on his hamstring injury suffered against Hearts.



He had been spotted in Lisbon after Benfica brought him back to be assessed at their training complex.

But Football Scotland understands he touched down in Glasgow this week and was back at Lennoxtown this afternoon for the first time as he aims to get back from the sidelines as soon as possible.

He is not quite ready to return to training with the first-team, we understand, but that will come in time.
