Would it be controversial if we recalled Griffiths?
How would you guys feel about that?

Not saying we should just curious.

 

Griffiths could start a social media page, offering advise on travel, sports shoes, fashion, offer advise on how to be a red pill guy, meaning how to keep your frame and not just simp for any woman. He could do that.
Not an Ange kind of striker, never to play for Hoops again.

 

Tbh with you mate, even after aw his pish, if he was still the striker from 2014-2017,I’d have grudgingly brought him back till after winter break but I honestly think he’s a worse option at present than any makeshift striker and wouldn’t let him near the squad

 

I agree with you mate, he burnt all his bridges big time. Although he would have been a better option than abada or mj up top, he should never wear the hoops again.

 

Well hopefully he can stay fit for a run of games this time. Not holding my breath though..

Looks like the players are doing a bit of a mini preseason camp at Lennoxtown, seen the big man in one of the YT videos.

He’s had a bad start to his Celtic career, no doubt about that, but we really do need a striker of his profile for the second half of the season. We play against a low block almost every game and we have struggled quite a bit against the likes of Livi, St Mirren and Utd already this season.

Can’t see us bringing another striker in so really hope he kicks on from here.

 

Hopefully he can make an impact, 2nd half of the season..

He definitely provides something different and I'm still hopeful for him.

 

One of them signings that could go either way, this is a massive second half of the season for this lad. I have faith in him to turn it around here, fingers crossed.

No question a big second half of the season both for us as a team and for Giakoumakis himself. Likely he will be at least on the bench come next Monday week against Hibernian judging on the training today.

 

I think we need a hard man up front.

Our front trio are taking knocks. And will continue to do so. Because they are talented.

Jota. Kyogo. Johnson. Forrest.

After this guy beats them for pace. I hope he sticks the nut on one of them.

Giokoumakis, well, he's good at getting his head on the ball. He could be the hard man we need up front. He needs to work on his runs.

I think the side is missing a Di Canio. We're playing like gentlemen. We need to win this old firm battle. Tavenier. Balogan. Knock them to the floor.

They need to be reminded of their place.

Big opportunity for the guy when our other strikers are off for the Japan qualifiers.
Wouldn't mind him getting minutes in the Scottish Cup tie, if he's fit.

Big few weeks coming up for the guy. I really think Ange can get the best out of him. If he does, it offers us a different attacking dynamic, which is obviously vital. Having him up top with Kyogo or Maeda alongside him against 'the dross' who pack the box could be the difference this season.

 

I genuinely believe this guy will do us a turn second half of the season..

 

Like the majority on here, I've not been impressed with what I've seen so far. That being said I never want anyone too fail that pulls our top on.

Would love him to come good and be the big, battering CF that we all want him to be.... let's get behind the big man and see what he's got.
