It’s not just the 6 point gap which in its self is not big it’s the fact that we are going to have games like tonight again this season. Every game we play is on the edge of your seat stuff gone are the guaranteed 3 points games teams are finding it easy to defend against us.

I take bad when i think we should have won a game and didnt. it was like trying to break into Fort Knox but we didn't have enough thieves who were up to the job to get past the guards .
We are building a team , it takes time .

So let me get the straight for a second, you think Kyogo potentially best striker we have had since Larrson as reguards first touch and movement, That Kyogo chances of finding that wee moment of class, a cut above what we had in attack tonight and scoring in the first half of tonights game. Changing the whole complection and tide of the game forcing them out leaving gaps to expolit. That would be the likelyhood of winning the lotto.

Christ lad, you must have coin.

We can still win this league with our financial advantage going into January.

The issue is bringing the break forward could be a kick in the stomach. We might not see the fans again at all if anything this season.

Aye we were * tonight and we should have been far better, we've been lacking in our final ball and that finishing recently. This is no excuse, we should be winning these games anyday, the team need to find a way to convert chances better especially against a packed defence.

Ange isn't without criticism, You have to ask questions about the subs, why wait so late to make them, why not Henderson as he was probably the most attacking option on that bench, why wait to the 89th to make one if the subs

    However

    * right off with the full the "leagues over its *" negativity. The team base come on massively from last season, the points we have dropped have been *, we need reinforcements that's well known, but it still stands that this team is miles on from where it was at the end of last season, we've fairly successfully transitioned a massive overhaul of the squad to a far better point than most of us would have expected, we've won a trophy and while we're behind in the league, it's in our control and the huns gave hardly been romping things themselves. We know we need to improve but that's what weve been doing

Very flat performance tonight. Just never really got at them the play was so ponderous and slow all night really. No question that is a really bad 2 points dropped from a game we should be winning. Sunday was always an important game but it is absolutely vital now that we get the win and limit at least the damage before the winter break kicks in. Absolutely gutted really after such highs on Sunday. But trying to be positive and there is also the reality that we are still far from the finished article in this rebuilding process and tonight showed that clearly.

We won't win the * league if we keep dropping stupid points, 6 points doesn't sound much, but before we know it could be 9 or 12. Like last year we are starting to hemorrhage idiotic points. Love the confidence some have, but I am losing confidence.. And it's in our control is it, when was the last time we bear the Huns ?

Rubbish.....plenty of people on here spoke about keeping kyogo for the leagues games that were up and coming, nothing to do with hindsight it was common sense.

Yep.. it was all too predictable. Finishing this season has been poor too, not taking our chances finally caught up with us..

Credit to St Mirren but thats an embarrassing result.

Totally agree we are very far from the finished article and it showed tonight but considering the complete and utter shambles Ange was left with last summer we have come a long way and this league is far from done.

Not good enough but sadly we will keep getting this as long as we don’t sign players and stretch our team all the way to the reserves.

Johnston is the back up on the left for us and considering the massive load of games we play each year we need a squad of players so not for me. Sure he was not good tonight but that was throughout most of the team tonight not just him.

Surely we have a youth player in Mikeys position who could be played instead?

So long as the gap isn't as big as the points we could gain by beating Rangers ourselves, I'm not giving anything up.
