The return of Forrest, Jullien and Juranovic will take us to a new level.

The Forrest of a few years back would flourish in this system, absolutely. I'm just slightly worried about what type of Forrest will come back, he seems to have been out forever.

    What is the injury?

Theres's no way we can rely on a 19 year old (Abada) to turn in good performances week in week out. Having James Forrest back is massive for us, you cant argue with his assists and goals stats. Looking forward to seeing him back in the hoops asap.

Is there any update on when he’ll be back?

Not as up to date on the injury front as I should be.

On form, he will be perfect for Ange's style.

Will be good to have him back in the mix. Feels like he has been out forever.

Absolutely buzzing for Jota, Kyogo and Forrest across the front 3. Especially given the options now forming behind them keeping them on their toes.

On form that’s your best trio up top, no questions at all for me.

I just pray we get full points against Hibs. Easy enough run of fixtures then come November with players like Jamesy and Julien back.

Good to hear he should be back training. Had hoped it would be a bit quicker than this but I guess this is progress.

Disappointing that he will not make the midweek game against Hibernian more then likely but hopefully he should at least be on the bench by the weekend.

Probably see him in a couple weeks. Would expect them to want him to train with the group again for at least 10 days.

Will offer us so much when he's back..

Has that experience for what is a young squad. I think he'll thrive in this 11 just now..

Abada has been excellent but Forrest is well ahead of him at the moment in term's of what he brings to us in both directions..

Funny to think of Forrest as the experienced older head now but that is exactly what he is at 30 now. Will be absolutely massive to have him back. Maybe on the bench tomorrow night that would be great.

It’s good to have him available, especially for domestic fixtures, but, let’s face it, Jamesy’s best days are behind him. It doesn’t seem that long ago he was keeping Paddy Roberts from starting, but I doubt he’s got another resurgence in him as he did in 2016; he’s too old and injury-prone, imo. And while I think big Ange is potentially a great manager with the chops, know-how and tactical nous to succeed here, I don’t think he possesses the same man-management capabilities as Rodgers did. You know, the sort of character to put his arm around Forrest and get the best out of him? He doesn’t strike me as that sort of chap. But, like I said, Jamesy doesn’t have time on his side, which is the crux of the matter here. Hopefully he can still be an effective player domestically until his contract expires, though.
