He's a third rate striker and a third choice striker and wouldn't see the first team if our two main strikers were fit and just like some other players in the team at present wouldn't be in the team if it wasn't for injuries and not enough players brought in .

I get what your saying but we live in a time where most thoughts on youth is 'a club like celtic shouldn't be playing bairns'. I'm of the attitude if they're good enough play them, the issue with us is youth players have 5 games with the first squad before they get locked out the B team. So it's a massive gamble all round, you stunt development by bringing them in and losing their B team birth, risk them getting clattered by grown men out to do injury (just look how most teams scythe our players already) or just struggle on with the little that we have, which should be enough anyway with the gulf in wages and investment our club brings in.

Disagree. Players can under perform, and that's not always the managers fault. If key players in your team are not at it, the entire system and structure will fall flat. That's when you need options to bring on.

People say he doesn't have a plan B. Maybe it's because he's missing arguably his two most important players and his back up striker who was injured warming up. Yes we should be beating the bottom sides but football doesn't always work that way. I remember we were 1 - 0 down to * Gretna and it took 2 injury time goals to win the game. And we were a champions league side back then. What about our loss to Clyde?

That's when you need a plan b most. When the players to carry out plan a are missing.

No, your subs are plan b, the subs who replace the subs you'd normally have are plan c.

Sadly I think he's already on plans f or g. I can say for absolute certainty and I don't even know anyone in or involved in Celtic FC, that this is his plan A or B. They truly went out the window around week 2-3 when he publicly stated recruitment needed to be much more of a priority.

My guess he most likely on plan there is no * plan I'm just winging it.

Ange won’t get time if our form continues, I’m not turning on him but he should face some criticism for that fact he is not adapting.

Gordon Strachan should have been chased from football after his genetics comments but instead we now have him telling us how to improve our youth development.
