He can change his approach to the game, adjust tactics and system to suit the players you have. Not trying to force players to do something they are incapable of doing.

 

We are far too pedestrian today, it's all too slow which is suiting them.

 

Ajeti shouldn't start for us even without kyogo and the Greek start abada he's sooo bad it hurts

 

Turnbull, Rogic and McCarthy have zero urgency. Big Tam never looks like he has to be fair but I'd rather have a youth in than McCarthy.

 

Our crossing is horrific. Wee Montgomery has been horrendous so far.

 

Need a Liverpool type high energy midfield for this system. Milner, Henderson, Wijnaldum (I'm aware he doesn't play for them anymore) type players.

Rogic and Turnbull are too unfit.

 

Our set piece delivery is * woeful. Instead of it being calculated its more of a punt in a general direction with zero conviction.

 

Looks like we're relying on Jota to create something. Should be more players stepping up and making an impact.

 

Clancy and linesmen been poor this first half.
