We came out of the transfer window with an even worse midfield than the one we went in with... and that midfield wasn't up to much either.

I can see a lot of poor points dropped between now and the game against the Klan before the winter break.

A despicable state to be left in.

Wasn’t a bad result considering who we where missing but still frustrating losing a 2 goal lead.

Two short spells where we gave away 4 goals, most of which were avoidable.

Think considering how weak our squad was we played well over the 90.

4-3 to Betis was sort of my expected result before the game. I stopped watching after 4-2, although did peek every so often. All things considered, we did not embarrass ourselves. Okay, the defense did. But the last good defense existed when Tito Villanova was alive as Barca manager.

Once again the defending let's us down the space afforded to bets out wide was criminal but unfortunately that has been the case in all the European games so far the wide guys need to stop coming do far infield and stay out

Disappointing to come away empty handed but lots of promising signs for a Celtic side that is a work-in-progress with a depleted swuad

The board will still not get it that our squad is way too small and full of cheap raw players that aren't even ready to come in as subs in games we need something from the bench. Pathetic recruitment, no wonder our CEO is away after a few weeks. Our owners and their board is a joke.

If we had clawed our way back to 4-3 having been 2-0 down ….. it would be a decent result albeit the same points outcome…

…. but we were 0-2 up :drag:

Disappointing but no real surprise,we are just good enough against the likes of them.

Best we can hope for is a bit of luck along the way and we may pick up some points we werent expecting.

    juranovic needs to start rb.

we badly need a real defensive mid, and jullien back asap.

We needed a proper quality midfielder in the transfer window. I mean it's one of the most critical areas of any team and we've been let down badly yet again.

Both our CB played well I think, I think Jota left Ralston exposed a lot down the right and I think 3 of the goals came from there, we lost, but honestly saw a lot of positives in that game, I am not fussed about Europe this season and is a bonus.

I’m just going to say, apart from some mental defending, I’m really proud of the team tonight. 9 players (at least) missing. Arguably our two best players amongst the 9 out (kyogo and McGregor), away from home to a very decent La Liga team and we scored 3 goals.

If Ange can somehow get a tune out of the defence going forward it’s actually a very exciting prospect.

    Onwards and upwards.

I was expecting to lose but not in that fashion.

To lose a two goal lead is gutting.

No one could honestly say when we scored the second that we were walk away with a point. We all know we have it in us to lose 2 goals easily.

Before kick-off it was always going to be a big ask to take something out of the game, however, you can't feel but disappointed because of the way we lost it due to poor defending. Ange should have taken Soro off at half time, he was running scared of making any tackles.
