This team and bench tonight shows the incompentence at board level and the squad for a team like Celtic is unacceptable and we are looking to bring in at least another six players in January but by then will we still be in a title race .

 

Thats the risk with going qaulity over quantity. Could go down the £50m wage bill again filling ourselves with utter *, or get it right and take our time.

Kyogo, Abada, GG, Forrest, Dembele, Johnstone all injured/out and we are left with Ajeti, Jota and Monty. Having 5 injured with 2/3 defo of them being a cert to start isn’t really anyone at the clubs fault and that amount of forwards being out would weaken any time in the world. Can blame the board for a lot of things but we have been dealt some harsh luck here. Jury still out on GG obviously.

Abada isn’t in the top 3. Important player but not top 3. Forrest is a bigger miss imo, as is Welsh even though he’s not injured.

 

It's bad times when your naming 2 keepers on the bench, would be happy with a draw tonight.

Also would like to see Hart captain the team tonight.

Would of brought in McCarthy and Welsh for Rogic and Starfelt.

Anything after qualifying is just a bonus this season. Just don’t get embarrassed Celtic. I’ll go 1-1

 

Never mind the bench, that midfield is going to get tore a new one.

 

The plus thing's i see, clutching is that their midfield trio is Guardado, effectively a winger who's adapted to central midfield but past his best..

Canales and Fekir are outstanding but very very attack minded..

Joaquin 40 on the right. Their man up top is a real threat but isn't the quickest..

I think we can cause them problem's here but likely lose..

Few weeks ago we didn't think we would get anywhere near the groups, yes its going to be a tough night and injuries have left us buggered. But we was never going to do this in one window. Step by step.

 

For sure I have liked what I have seen from Abada overall and he looks to have great potential but no way he is in our top 3 most important players. Easily Forrest is ahead of him for one. Hart would be another.

Ange should replace Hart with Barkas at HT and then on Bain for Barkas for the final 15 minutes, just to confuse them.

 

Tough night ahead. Our away form to date hasn't been great.
Our home form is exceptional. In Europe 9 home points is a must & then something from one of the away games could be enough. I don't think it's this one but who knows. It would be a stunning result if we got anything tonight.
