    Thought it was utter pish.

Yeah Cena is good in it (Genuinely watch him in most things, brilliant in Blockers), Elba was quality, Robbie as per.

Film was utter dung, actually thought the first one was better and that’s saying something…

    Hobbs and Shaw.

Switch your brain off enjoyable nonsense, probably 30 minutes too long.

    6.5/10

Got the Odeon pass so seeing a lot of films...

Fast 9 - I mean we all know what to expect from them now, All action! 6/10

Free Guy - I like Ryan Reynolds but this wasn't one of his best IMO... Wasn't that funny. Im a gamer so that side of it kept me interested. 7/10

Jungle Cruise - Didnt really enjoy this... Emily Blunt though :35: 6/10

The films Im actually buzzing for are al out in the next 6 weeks cant ait to see them. 9.99 a month for the pass, the cinema I go to has leather recliner chairs so it should cost 12Quid for 1 single ticket... No brainer.

    Looking forward to;

    Snake Eyes
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
    No Time to Die

    The Courier

Nice spy thriller based on true story set in the early 60's and the Cuban Missile Crisis. Think of it like a British version of Bridge of Spies, although if Benedict Cumberbatch is attempting a Welsh accent (as there is clips at the end with the real guy who was involved), then oh dear. If you like spy/cold war era stuff, then definitely worth checking out.

    Free Guy

So this is a concept that have come across in movies before, the idea of AI becoming self aware etc - thinking of something like The Thirteeth Floor - but this film was handled with much more humour whereas that was attempting to be more of a sci-fi thriller. But def worth checking out, more than any of the other 'big budget Hollywood type movies that have been released so far this summer.

Gone Girl - 8/10 Had never got round to watching this but thought it was excellent, weird as *, soundtrack was brilliant.

Fast 9 - Can't really rate this properly, tried watching it but was stoned out my box. They were getting chased or were chasing someone through a jungle at one point maybe an hour in, realised I had nae idea who was chasing who or why, or where they were, so switched it off. Maybe give it another go

Watched the Courier tonight as well @Taz . Thought it was a very solid film myself. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys a proper story with proper acting.

Quite a good year/time for horrors, Candyman is out, new Halloween in October and Scream 5 in January.

I think ill maybe go to the cinema and watch the new Candyman this week. Heard mixed reviews about it.

I just got round to watching this as well. Great film for the most part, but the 3rd act was just ridiculously unbelievable and almost ruined the movie for me.
