Will be great to have a plan B and just * whip it into the box and have a hope that we finally have a guy who can attack a ball aerially.

Having said all that, he might be *, who knows. But hopefully he's a huge success.

I don't know the story on this guy but a glance at his goalscoring record suggests he's had a last good season but hasn't done much prior to that. Hopefully it's not just a fluke.

 

I’ve got a good feeling this guy will be a bit special for us.

 

I think the ability is there and always was.. maybe just teams playing a style that didn't play to his strengths or in teams that didn't create as many opportunities. He knows Samaras and has watched Celtic games previously. Says he is excited to come here and i think our style will suit his strengths

My gut feeling is Eddy will quickly be forgotten by our fans and 100% sure Palace fans will sing "I wanna be Edouard" even before he scores.
