    Think we were watching a different game mate. They had 1/2 their team out with Covid and we managed 3 shots on target in 90 mins! Yeah, differ game

    Thought it was a terrible game tbh, from both sides.

    I dont think either really dominated, each had spells and it became clear a set piece was going to be the key and that is what happened. Sadly we still cant defend them properly.

    There were positives to take, and I'm not that disheartened as I think people were getting carried away with the wins against Dundee and St Mirren etc, as there is evidently a long way to go. Its only August, we will bounce back.

    I do worry how heavily we are relying on certain new players already though.

    People saying he needed to make the subs far earlier. We are usually pretty fluid up top.
    If he wanted to keep Eddie on why not just switch him & Kyogo over after 15 mins when it clearly wasn't working & changes were needed.

    They didn't have half their team.

    Their 3 most valuable players all played in that game yesterday, their main CB pairing, other than their keeper and their captain who theyve all been slating, that first XI for Rangers was not weak.

    They will pedal that 'covid FC' pish but its nonsense.

    Only Tavenier and McGregor were out from their ususal starting 11. We probably had more players out. Huns only had 4 shots on target themselves and we had 66% posession. If we had Kyogo playing down the centre from the start I believe we would have created more, he created a couple of chances in the 15 ninutes he was playing there.

    In comparison to last season?

    Well, we didnt lose 4-1 for one. I thought we controlled large spells of the first half, we should have scored 2 or 3, the defence wasn't really opened up that many times as I expected, their star players had quiet games. We were brutal 2nd half for the most part aye, but tactically once Kyogo went through the middle we created two or three really good chances, which highlights an error on the manager's part. We will take plenty away from that game to learn from.

    This Celtic side is a work in progress, I dont know what you were expecting, but I was certainly not expecting us to go there, dominate and win, this early in a season when we are in a transition from the worst celtic side Ive seen. Lets be real.

    That game yesterday didnt exactly show this cosmic gap that they seem to think there is between us. Its the 30th of August, * need to settle and not wet the bed.

    Can we please wrap the half the team pish?

    They had McGregor and Tavernier out from their strongest XI. One outfield player out of the 10. Yeah they were missing some back-up options, but * me you would think they were without Kent, Morelos, Davis, Goldson, and Kamara going by some of the reaction.
