We went there last season and totally dominated and * knows how we lost. They deserved that today, with a weakened team. Don’t know what game some people were watching.

100% I do sadly. They had a weakened team and pretty much strolled it.

Obviously gutted but seen enough to say if we get another few in positions of need then we can win the league and no way was i saying that 5 weeks ago !!
Folk can have a mump about some players and maybe ange getting a couple of things wrong but we are a team learning a new system on the road early in the season to our biggest rivals and could or should have at least a draw...Sort out our defending of corners and free kicks and we are in business

They aren't a great team but they do the ugly side of the game well. They cheat, waste time and roll about when no one touches them like pro actors lol.

I think if we can bring another four players in we will blow them away in the next derby game but until then we just have to get back to good performances.

Nah, we should have won that, don't think they strolled it but we should have had more attempts at goal

I don't think Christie has ever played well in a derby game.

Can have all the possession it means nothing. Can only think of one save that wee fud in goals for them had to make from Kyogo. We looked tired most of the second half and lacked the fight you need to win games against them.

I think on reflection I'm gutted with the result but honestly? The Bhoys will watch that game back again and know they had the huns by the throat in the first half. Rangers are nowhere near where they think they are in terms of how far they are ahead of us. Fine margins. We were anything but dominated today. The signs when you compare this to the 4-1 game a couple of months ago are massive. A few wins will bring some confidence back, but it definitely makes the Parkhead game a proper must-win. Not least so we can shake off this winless run against them. Ange will also need to learn not to dally in this fixture with his in-game decision-making. That's a key lesson he needs to learn from today.

We played well in the first half and who knows what would had happened if Eddy had scored that chance. We were done by a cross ball yet again and I'm sick to death of saying that we need a big tough ball winning CH which, as well know, has been the case since big Julien got injured and we were also easily out muscled time after time especially Turnbull, Christie and Abada. Yes, we are in transition but today was so disappointing as a win would have given the players confidence for the rest of the season but too many of our players literally shat it.

They had their 3rd choice goalie.

No 1st or 2nd choice right back.

    No captain.

    No Manager.

Just back from an 11 hour European trip.

And we got our first shot after 78 minutes.

The reality is that their game management, their squad, their awareness of their tactical system is streets ahead of us. They also have more men in their team (hate to sound like a caveman but its true). Christie, Eddy, Turnball, Abada etc they are like wee boys. Balagoun dominated Kyogo and then Christie on the wing, not because he's a top footballer but because he used his physique.

We have a huge amount of work to do, until then, the title is Rangers to lose. Theyre the more settled side with the winning mentality.

Have to hold our hands up take the defeat. They are better than us Already media are giving it rangers depleted team and we couldn't lay a glove on them. Malmo showed how to beat them but we aren't at malmos level. I predicted a draw.. Unlike some fantasists 4-1 5-0 aye put the crack pipe down. Another away game defeat. Still need couple more transfer windows to get closer to the huns. Huns also loving how our star player was in there 3rd choice defenders back pocket.. Can see even at full strength how much more this team needs

well you could say the same today. The two or three chances we had were far more clear cut than what they managed to produce during the course of the game.

we had 66% possession mate. Although we were wasteful in the final third, we still penetrated in behind their defence and had runners in behind.

Thats in stark contrast to last season when everything was narrow and no runners beyond the last man.

Rome wasnt built in a day.

The only bit of their team that was weakened was the goalkeeper balagun defended better than Tav would our guys had a chance to get in front of them and didn't take it too passive they play 5 in midfield to our 3 and overrun the 3 they chase back and cover their defence and look like their fitness levels are better than ours on another day its a draw hopefully Ange learns from this one if he had watched our games against them from last season he would gave known the come out 100 mph in the 2nd half

Maybe I’m being a bit harsh, really expected a win today and more fight and it’s hurting just now. We’ll rise again!

    Got to agree.

They flew back from Armenia on Friday, have several key players out and had their manager lying in his bed for today’s game.

That result was every bit as galling as our 5-1 hammerings of them.
