Think the AZ game will be a real eye opener to were we're at right now.

Another good win, high intensity and tempo to the play, brilliant to see.

Yet again players moving in unison to go forward.

Turnbull and Kyogo look to be really developing an understanding already, those through balls to Kyogo are deadly at times.

The backline keeps a clean sheet, Hart makes some good saves and the players at the back done well under a bit of pressure.

Not perfect at the back and still unsure, but it's getting there.

Thought it was a bit of contrast from Sunday, a lot more of the success came from the central areas. As opposed to Christie and Abada being the source against Dundee. We have a hint of the opposition "picking your poison" with us in an attacking sense.

Also promising were a couple of stops in 2 mins from Joe Hart, less promising was him being caught in possession. Earlier examples of similar situations and we managed to play out pretty well. Thought we tailed off with the subs, but game and tie were never in doubt.

3 good wins. Chance to put the Jambos back in their place on Sunday. With a bigger examination and bigger clue, as to how far we have come, and need to go against AZ Alkmaar next Wednesday.

Missed the game through work but a solid win and performance. Continued progress. All we can ask for.

If I didn’t need to go to bed soon I’d be rewatching that immediately. Can’t wait to see how the season unfolds now.

Yeah BBC radio were listing AZ's victories..very impressive ..defo a big step up for us. Also, don't forget the EL has been reduced from 48 teams to 32 teams this year so teams like West Ham are in it.. so it's going to be much tougher this year. To be honest..I'm all for winning the league = CL qualification = £35 million!

Great to be back at a full Celtic Park. Good performance especially first half. Take this momentum to Sunday and pump those Jambo *.

It's all about the league and taking back our title, don't care how we do it, just do it.

Aye, be good tests. You'd probably fancy them as a settled team, most of their team are 21/22/23/24 year olds who have multiple caps for Holland, Sweden, Greece, Iceland, Morocco and Japan.

The likability of this team at the moment is a whole world away from last year
    Love the new signings
    Love the manager
Such a feel good buzz at the moment

10 in a row would have been incredible
But this is a FAR more important season
Automatic champions league qualification will set a team apart for years to come

    • Interesting, BBC Sport this morning - all scores but nothing about Celtic in the top stories; only Scots story "Aberdeen through to next round after draw with Breadbin FC"
But Yahoo Sport : lead article "- Ange Postecoglus Celtic cruise into next round"

Can't wait for this match already, apart from what's on the line, it's so important because of what's on the line but where we're at. Imagine getting a similar result to what we've had (unlikely) the place would be absolutely buzzing and would really set the season up and would put the fear into everyone we play.

Well that was enjoyable. Loved the atmosphere tonight, loved the commitment and desire from all the team and loved seeing the team all looking as though they are now really enjoying their football. It's in total contrast to the type of football we played last season and I think we can all see what big Ange is aiming for. So hopefully the board are seeing what we are all seeing and give Ange all the backing he needs. One wee moan about tonight though, is it just me, but have all the pubs in the city centre and some of the pubs on the Gallowgate upped their prices?

I think we all agree that AZ will be a step up in class compared to tonight's opponents and that they will be favourites to go through however, I wouldn't put it past this team to surprise us all. We look great going forward and, if we can sort out our defence which still have is * our pants at times, then who knows
