Greg Taylor is so bad that he is worse than Anthony Ralston.

No pace, no height, weak, poor at marking, list goes on... I can't believe that somebody thought that he could replace KT. Unfortunately we will keep him and he will probably be our first choice throughout this season.

 

* Bolingoli, too.

 

Connell and McInroy can play left back as well, mad they don’t even get near the squad.

 

I thought we signed Luca Connell to cover at LB once Tierney went but how wrong was I. Can't help but think the way we play would suit him at left back too obviously because we tuck the full backs in to the middle of midfield and he is a lot neater on the ball than anyone we currently have at full back.

Crying out for new full backs I just hope we get them

 

Give Barkas a go at left back ahead of this donkey…

 

Woeful. The guy is mid-table SPFL level at best. He’ll know he’* his glass ceiling both career wise and financially so he’ll no be in any hurry to move on, especially as he is playing regularly.

He’s fortunate Bolingoli * up last summer otherwise he would be out of the team. Bolingoli is rank too so it’s a case of pick your poison.

 

I love when people say he's a steady defender, lol, fk knows what's steady about him, cause he's never ready or on the go.

 

Even taking KT out the equitation, he’s just a very limited footballer. You can see why he looked good at Kilmarnock, but that doesn’t mean he is Celtic standard.

 

Just a wee * really.

 

Biggest issue, for me anyway, is that be hasn't got the engine to get up and down the wing at any speed. He's either too slow to support in attack or gets forward and takes ages to get back. A Celtic full back needs to be able to do both. £3m. Our scouting, or lack of, is shameful.

 

Even thinking on Connell being a CM who can play LB playing inside

 

Feel for him. He doesn’t lack effort, he’s just not good enough for the level we should be aspiring to.

 

Same as Ralston.. they don't lack effort but do lack quality..

 

I'd like us to try and sign a full back who doesn't get beaten to ball, despite a 20 yard headstart.

Nothing against Taylor, the boy works hard and tries his best. No one can doubt his effort.

But * me, watching him is tragic. He should be used ONLY as a third choice LB. A new signing (preferably not a midget with rickets) as First choice, an academy player or "project" as an understudy, and Taylor in a little red box above Ange's desk with a "break glass in an emergency" sign. With Bolingoli as a * car park attendant.

I mind when we signed him ppl were saying he was gonna be a good SPL option, a fine back up.
He's quite simply not even that. He's literally one of the worst left backs we've ever had. And we've had some real duds.

This club needs to get the finger out and get BOTH Tierney and Lustig finally, and * permanently, replaced.

 

We are going to struggle all season if we persist on both him and Ralston. It's no use playing high pressure, fast attacking football when we have those two at the back. It's just unfeckingbelievable that those two positions still haven't been dealt with

 

He should give up playing professional football and just audition to play * Tiny Tim in a Christmas Carol. All he needs are the * crutches. He's got the characters height and pace down cold.
