The task of rebuilding is impossible when we are in constant free fall.

No question about that. When you look back to the 2016 semi-final defeat there was exactly that type of response and we got the rat in and whatever about the end of his time he was the right man for the job and what he did beyond speaks for itself. You could say similar things about when Martin O'Neill first came in. I am as I said elsewhere very neutral on Ange as our manager and the * show that we are currently is the boards fault not his. But it does seem nothing really has changed in terms of the incompetence and downright malpractice in terms of how the club is run and as much as it is not Ange's fault I do not see him been the solution either. I hope I am wrong and we have unearthed a gem ( by luck rather then competence) who can pull off a miracle but I doubt I am. I really fear this season could end up being a bigger shambles then last year.

Only going to be optimistic if there's a major structural overhaul, with DOF / Head of Recruitment , sports science team, new coaches etc in place .
Otherwise can't see much changing .

The "rebuild" is turning out to be more of a little Dutch boy job.

This board has now graduated from inherent incompetence, to outright lying.

Just like the January review, this "overhaul of footballing operations" looks like complete fantasy to ensure season ticket sales.

We've been * lied to. AGAIN.

We are financially, still the strongest club in the country, by a fair margin, but we are looking like a club YEARS behind Sevco in EVERY department.

No sports science, no scouting, no new coaching staff, no DoF, and what is shaping up to be our worst transfer window in YEARS.

This simply cannot be allowed to continue. The support, en masse, need to declare all out war on Dermot Desmond and this nest of * vipers. We need to see tens of thousands take to the streets with GB, and create a complete * media circus.

Torches and pitchforks out. Mars bars cocked back at the ready.

What hope have we got of the squad being sorted out in a month if it took 105 days to appoint a new manager and still no DOF or head of recruitment in. Club is rotten to the core. The negligence of duties from the board is scandalous. Let’s * rip them apart on Sunday.

The * haven’t got the empty stadiums and the fences to protect them now. The demo on Sunday has to be a line in the sand and make them fully aware we will not tolerate this. We need to force the situation as these * will continually rot and destroy our club.

    Nothing has changed for me.

I came into this season with a bit of hope that last season would have opened their eyes but, nope.

I've pretty much given up all hope on day 1. Which is on them.

Whilst I’m fully behind what the Green Brigade is doing, they also should be held accountable for the breathing space they gave Lawwell after Rodgers’ departure.

The only thing their ‘immortality for mediocrity’ banner achieved was painting Lawwell as the good guy in the situation, and thus allowed him to limp on and appoint Lennon.

100% behind this. It has now got to the stage where the overall majority of fans can see the damage this board have done to our club. There may well be a few "happy clappers" out there who somehow still think the board are doing a good job but I now believe that they are very much in the minority. Hopefully everyone remembers just how much of a police presence there was there at the last demo and that we don't give them a chance to deal with any trouble in the way they always do with our fans.

We are a business first and foremost now, football is secondary to profits and dividends.

Think that was stated by Lawell and last AGM I think. Business, football, charity in that order. Scumbags. Its football, closely followed by Charity then Business.

Whatever the rats pull out the hat for the rest of the month, they need to go. Absolutely not fit for purpose. Decades off with their planning and strategy and think very little of us.

Complete overhaul required. Won't hold my breath though.

Im sure they will but I hope they welcome the team off the bus also, they need to know and feel that this is directed at the board not them.

People need to stop claiming there's no sports science at the club, it's nonsense. Jack Nayler worked in the role for the previous 4/5 years as Head of Sports Science.
