    Fully agree. Elliot was superb. Calm and collected and could step out under pressure and play the ball out straight to were it needed to go.

    Always remember him getting a crunching tackle, being stretchered off, and then insisting on coming back on. Here too short, but was a very classy player.

    * Dean Saunders BTW.

    50%+1 (as is the requirement for the Bundesliga) is probably optimum

    Ensures no rogue capitalists can railroad through changes simply for £££ eg. The failed European Super League proposal

    Brown was a great player for us at times but was vastly overrated by a lot of supporters.

    We should have an all orange second kit.
    It is in the tricolour after all.

    It would confuse the * out of the knuckle draggers.

    Our invincible league season isn't a massive achievement when you consider that a very average hun side managed it last season.

    In conjuction with a Treble it’s an insane achievement.

    And unfortunately, they’re not average. They’ve got further in Europe than we have for a long time two years running.

    They were unbeaten, not invincible. We achieved the proper invincible season by going every domestic fixture undefeated. We also done it with crowds at games, which is a factor.

    To be fair, I think we struggled without fans. They did much prefer it, the season before their players like Kent and Tavenier were coming out saying their crowd hinders them and they don’t like playing infront of them.

    That’s what I mean, we done it with fans at games, which is more of an achievement. There isn’t a training session element to the game, which there was with every one played last season.

    I meant I think we would find it harder at an empty Parkhead. They deserve credit for adapting to the circumstances. Which is probably another controversial opinion but I think us underestimating them is a big part of our downfall, we played with arrogance instead of working to show we’re better.

    They didn’t adapt I don’t think, their players just naturally found it easier to play with less pressure. They never had any real pressure in the league because we were never close enough, and had to play catch up all season, but when there was a bit of pressure on the cup games, they crumbled.
