Yes not long back from a Big walk and explore of the North Wales Uplands with a good mate.
We could not go to our favourite area, out of bounds to Public at the moment so we went elsewhere in this Great area.
In the Forestry very quiet but Tree Pipit,Garden Warbler And Redstart were noted.
But on the way through the Moors and Grasslands home bound I well spotted an Osprey and we got great views.
Further a long we came across another birder who was watching something. It was Common Sandpipers fighting!!! Including a Dead Chick. Crazy!!! While that was going on I spotted a Red Kite and me and the other birder joint spotted a Peregrine. So not a bad outing:84:

Did any of you great people see the BBC news this morning reporting on the White-Tailed Sea Eagles nesting near Loch Lomond. Absolutely stunningly beautiful birds, and to have them near Glasgow is superb. To see one is amazing, but to see one in the wild is even better. I've been lucky enough to see these birds in the wild a few times. One of my favourite birding memories. I've also been lucky enough to see OSPREY fishing in Loch Lomond. WHAT a sight.

Seen that this morning John also featured a farmer who was concerned about his lamb's it annoyed me at the time because I thought it's you farmer's who have driven these beautiful birds away by poisoning etc, but at the end of the day I hope the wildlife folk can work together with the farmers to encourage these beautiful birds to stay
Your very lucky John to have seen them and osprey I'm really not jealous at all it honestly doesn't bother me good for you :47:

The Sea Eagle was some sight, there's a few that fly high over a montain close to my work, even at that height seems like they are some size. I think they can have a wingspan of 8 feet unless I'm mistaken

Some farmers can't see beyond their noses Susan. They do a great job, but some of them are fukin' idiots.
Now there's a few of these stunning birds at Loch Lomond, there's a great chance to see them Susan, near enough right on our own doorstep, well, 20 0dd miles from my doorstep, roughly.

Some pics from the falcons nesting and hunting on the site I work on in London.

We’ve had to stop all works in area where the nest is. Delayed our project by at least 7 weeks. Set up a cam outside their nest to monitor their progress.

Shame I can’t upload the videos on here as file is too large.

    Can’t wait to see them hatch CAFBF9EF-992E-461C-A414-753F639E5C3F.jpeg C1A12E2F-5D7B-4F99-9928-75FC85DFAB62.jpeg D97B0B70-73E5-49E7-9CEE-52CFF4EFE5E8.jpeg
