I've watched * loads of it online and can only mind Halliday slagging him for his lips a couple of times, whereas Ferry constantly rips them.
The best episodes are the one to one interviews, but now Slaney tags along, even they are *.

Fair enough mate, I genuinely can't think of any times apart from Halliday digging him out. I do fast forward or skip most of it now tbf though. I think the bubble is starting to burst with it.

Yea but I’d say getting called fat or having your acne mocked hits a bit harder than someone slagging your haircut or clothes (which Ferry thinks are cool as * anyway) as they are things that are easily modified.

What’s equally as cringe is the constant “handsome *” shtick with Mulgrew and the fact he rims guests who are ‘of a higher standing’ in the game.

Some of the patters pish and repetitive but no one is forcing any of yous to watch it.

Geez peace with all the woke bullying *,
talking about a lack of professionalism from an alternative podcast which was created to be an alternative to the mainstream media.

They've sold out to *. The constant advertising, promotion and 'official merchandise' is unreal. They are as mainstream as it gets.

    * sake man, honestly is it just me and my pals that are constantly ripping the * out of each other? There’s a major difference between bullying and having a laugh with your mates.

Me and my pals used to rip each other to bits for everything and anything. From turning up with a new pair of shoes to ones dad leaving when he was younger :56:
Literally couldn’t do anything without getting ripped for it. * loved it :57:

Aye, it’s fun man. Dunno if people are younger now and see it as ‘toxic’ rather than being close to your mates and having enough trust that they’ll not cross a line.

Nah I get that obviously. But in this case it’s just incessant and one way. To the point that it detracts from what was once a good show. Like genuinely every second sentence from someone, Ferry feels the need to have a pop. There’s having banter and then there’s just being a *

If I was sitting with my mates and every time I spoke I was met with “aww ugly *”, “state of your accent”, “The size of you” It’d * annoy me to say the least.

I really don’t think it’s one way but there ye go. Just normal friendship for me that.

Mate I'm no spring chicken and I definitely rib my pals here & there and vice versa but there's a difference between pals doing it on a personal level and doing it to someone in front of a public audience, over and over again. Anyway I'm not going to go mental over it again haha but there's def something about the way Ferry acts that really grinds my gears. A lot of his humour is just pure negativity and it's not for me anymore. I say anymore because it was very watchable a year or so ago. Maybe he's been more and more personal since then or maybe he's not but I definitely find it a harder watch.

The 'no subject off limits' style of mates slagging each other is harsh but magnificent, it's the way it has to be in this part of the world. It's * funny and if an outsider tried saying it to one person, said mates would be all over the * and defending their mate.

That said, these * on open goal are absolute weapons. I gave it a go a while back and lasted about an episode and a half. Bunch of annoying wee *.

It just looks like normal mates to me, think calling it bullying is mental. I can get not liking it and that but I can’t get it being bullying.

Mental how much the general opinion has changed on this. I don't know anyone personally that likes it now, for all the reasons posted above. Shame too because it was great at the start.
