I think Mcgregor will start in the box-to-box role.
I like Turnbull and think he has a lot to offer I just think there is a good chance he'll not start in Howe's system.

I agree with you to a point but you have to take into account that we could spend £7m but we Are taking a risk. We may not get a player that is ready made for the role. We have that with Wee Turnbull.

Starting offer I said, it's not a disrespectful starting offer.

    1. I said as a starting offer
    2. I said defensively in Europe I could potentially see Davidson setting up the team better against tougher opposition given he's shown he can punch his team well above its weight, however I did also say Howe would have us playing better & more exciting football than Davidson domestically.
    3. We need better than Forrest for Europe & Sevco fixtures so why not? I also said Karamoko too.
    4. Don't be ridiculous, I literally posted in the Edouard thread that we should just keep him another year if that's the sell on percentage PSG have in the deal

Why do you try to twist everything I say?

    1. It is a disrespectful starting offer.
    2. You basically slaughtered Howe's record coming up with Bournemouth and were caught talking * about how much he'd spent as well.
    3. Aye Shevd's the answer. Lol.
    4. Cool :giggle1:

Twist everything you say. You talk pish man :giggle1:

    1. Agree to disagree
    2. Well he didn't win League 2 or League 1 did he? Look I think he'll be a good manager domestically but have always maintained I have major concerns in Europe under him
    3. He might be, or Karamoko, if neither of them are then a new RW is required because Forrest isn't the answer in the toughest fixtures.

You do twist my words a lot, no question.

We can’t afford to sell him. Simple as that.

I’m confident that he will want to stay anyway and continue to improve under a new manager.

Forrest is probably the last player we need to replace when it comes to Europe...

The only thing that worries me about Turnbull is his agent. I believe it’s the same guy who looks after Armstrong and Christie both who as soon as they had a decent season wanted a move down south.

I recall him being down at Norwich before agreeing to come here before the knee injury caused it to be delayed.

However it would take considerably more than £7m for Celtic to sell him this summer, given the turnover we already have he’s one of the few we would want to keep.

    Nothing worries me about this.
If Celtic are braindead enough to think 7m is good enough, * help us.
If the lad fancies a move like this already in his career albeit probably just nonsense, then good luck and * off.

I suspect neither is true, and I am more worried about how stupid our fan base is.

Seen an article talking about him and completely forgot he’s only 21. Doesn’t play like a young guy learning his trade.

He’ll be here next year, there’s no doubt in my mind about that.

If he is his agent its writing on the wall.
He wishes for a future in the EPL.

Zero worries as well, for one, the money’s nowhere near head turning and 2 he doesn’t strike me as somebody who will do a Ryan Christie.p

That’s fair, but I’d be more worried for next summer not this.

Unless he shine’s at the Euro’s. Then it could be worrying.
