    Learned that instead of French toast you can use a tottie scone instead of bread , just let it soak in the egg longer.

    In Coatbridge it was always a mix of tottie or tattie.

    Probably in primary 4 before I heard the word potato.

    My gran used to call stovies "tattie wash"
