This was too slow for me. Not one of Denzel's best but worth a watch anyway.

Is this just basically unseen footage? Does the CGI still look like a PlayStation 2 game? The villain in it looked absolutely awful too.

So many film fans on the site, how's about poppin on over and getting involved in the movie rankdowns also. Yes, I know, shameless promotion, but the more the merrier. :)

Currently doing westerns, and in the ranking phase, so have a look through the nominated list and send me your list of Top 10's. :50:

Nomination list can be found: https://www.talkceltic.net/forums/threads/western-movie-rankdown.153186/page-8#post-6871461

Basically yes, PM me with your selections rather than just post them in the thread. Can always do more than 10 (and that is always very much welcomed and appreciated), but top 10 is what most do. :50:

    Justice League Snyder Cut.

Wit a * film man. Like a Lord of The Rings type movie of DC characters.

Actually canny believe they binned this for that Whedon effort :56:

Everyone is talking about Cyborg And Batman but I thought Hippolyta stole the show man. Hope the Amazon’s series is a prequel and explores their history with the Old Gods and different wars.

it’s a completely different movie mate. 12% of the film from a couple of years ago was Snyder’s footage. This is 4 hours long and even the scenes that where included in the 2017 film and much long and far better.

Steppenwolf looks * phenomenal in this.

Surprisingly, there are quite a few movies that clock in at 4hrs. Just on Thursday there, sat through Heaven's Gate while doing the Westerns... that was close to 4hrs also. What's more disturbing is that is the second time have done it for that movie, but have done that also multiple times for the likes of each of the Lord of the Rings extended editions, Cleopatra, Fall of the Roman Empire, Gone With the Wind, Ben Hur and Kenneth Branagh's full version of Hamlet. But still a long way off from the longest think I've sat through, which was Little Dorrit, from the late 80's. That took nearly 6hrs and had to do it in 2 sittings.

In one sitting would have to be either 1900 or * and Alexander, both of those clocked in at over 5hrs (as a glutton for punishment there are shortened edited versions of both of those also, but hey, it's Bernardo Burtolucci and Imgar Bergman respectively, had to do the full versions as well as the short ones. :p

Technically, the longest film have sat through was OJ: Made in America, the OJ Simpson documentary, but as the BBC broadcast that as 8 or 10 seperate parts (which is how it also is on the BBC iplayer) rather than 1 continious film, which was how it was intended, which has a runtime of 467 min. Very good, and well worth checking out if anyone has the time, but I am a patient person, and cannot fathom sitting through all of that in 1 hit!
