Didn't see the game. By the sounds of it I'm glad I gave it a miss.

Gordon Strachan is an arrogant, smug wee tadger.

    Another dinosaur.

it was either christie or turnbull didnt think any of the 2 of them were offering us much, i think christie gets left on because of his running ability but he was anonymous and * 2nd half i thought turnbull looked tired today

It was just the same as the rest of the season.

At least JK didn't say we played amazing.

Wee Gordon Strachan didn't let Alan Stubbs say anything that the fans wanted to hear. He kept cutting Alan off obviously protecting his pals and son.

I like wee Gordon but Celtic fans aren't putting up with this pish anyone.

Said a lot as Strachan always does.

He tore into Edouard and Soro for having a laugh about the chance where Eddy should have played Soro in. Quite right too.

Get off your high horse ffs

2nd greatest captain in terms of number of honors but many other captains in our history would have over seen the same success or greater in the same time period he's been captain for given the circumstances with Oldco/Newco and having the best squad & biggest budget in the league by a colossal distance in that time. The Quadruple Treble doesn't happen without the arrival of Brendan which instigated it all & you know it.

You can't call him 'The Quadruple Treble Captain' which was won by the team which you're crediting him for being a large part of that whilst at the same time absolving him of all blame for not organizing & motivating the team better for the string of CL Qualifying embarrassing failures against diddies that he was captain for, that's hypocritical, I mean ffs he even had a literal hand in sending us out the CL against Cluj when he gave away the most idiotic penalty in football history with the handball at the corner.

He may be the 2nd greatest captain in number terms but I'd have Paul Lambert, Paul McStay, Neil Lennon, Danny McGrain, Kenny Dalgliesh all in the team before him as captains because they were all far superior players and if you disagree with that you've lost the plot.

If he was a better leader we would have done far better in Europe under him & whilst you keep saying he's only one man if he's meant to be as inspirational as you say then we should have done far better, you can't call him an inspirational captain for solely domestic success when we've been by far & away the best/richest team in Scotland during that entire time period under him as captain where we should always be successful given the circumstances.

Paul Lambert was an inspirational captain because he led the team to a European Final. That's inspiration.

We'll thrive without Brown going forward, especially in Europe where he's been holding us back for years as he's such a limited player at that level, the difference between Brown & Tierney is that Tierney is a top player at the top level in his position, Brown isn't & never has been a top player at that level where he's been shown up in Europe far more often than not.

I look forward to a MF without him constantly passing sideways & backwards whilst sitting deeper than the CBs for large parts of the game which just invites the opposition onto you.

no one is saying he is a brilliant player but he’s been a good player for Celtic and a total inspiration as a captain, billly McNeill wasn’t a top class player either, he was a good cente half but as a captain and leader like brown he was top class

saying it wasn’t brown as a captain that won the quadruple treble it was the team

could say that about any team, obviously the team wins it but broony as captain played a large part in it

Give the job to Strachan interim for the 2 old firm games. John Kennedy is a walloper. As much charisma as lurch from the Adams Family. I hate John Kennedy I think he's part of the problem. Get him tae *.
