Well he can say that as he's not the manager of the club and look at any club a big name manager won't work under a DOF .
So Celtic need to decide what structure they want at the club and look at some of the Celtic podcasts on youtube were they agree what I'm saying about a DOF .

 

Most annoying thing about this i think is we will be guessing for months probably. You would imagine it will be after the new CEO and DoF comes in and if it’s someone who’s at the Euros we wouldn’t be appointing until July at the earliest. Or does anyone think we could get someone before then?

If a DOF is appointed to the club then I expect a young coach to be appointed then but don't think it will be Kennedy a foreign coach more likely .

 

If you brought Kennedy in after say Rodgers or even after another manager that has been successful it might not be too bad but imagine bringing him in after been part of such a disastrous management team... if that happens the board may erect bigger permanent barriers

 

Just because we are bringing in a DOF doesn't mean we will be getting a young guy as first team coach.

There are lots of clubs that have DOF and still sign managers with good experience.

Ok will stick my neck out and say the coach will be 40 years or under and the money used in bringing in a DOF would be best used in bringing in a top manager .

 

This * is gonna go on until the summer and if Kennedy does anyway decent we all know what's gonna happen.

Thats a short term fix though. You get another BR type and before long he * off taken all his staff and we are left back at square one (again)

 

That's the point of getting a DOF. Even if the management team leave we still have someone at the club with the vision and goals remaining to keep working meaning we don't have to start from scratch.

Is Jurgen Klopp not working with a DOF at Liverpool?

 

It happens with every football club and slippy will be gone soon as well .

They consistently replace their players and managers well because they have an excellent structure in place .

 

We need someone in permanent in the next few weeks imo. Preferably someone who has a good track record and reputation, good backroom team, is tactically astute and can change things during a game.

They need to Implement their playing style asap, as we haven't had one for a while and it shows. See what they have to work with and who can work under them. Identifying targets is crucial to get in early and some forward planning for next season, fed up of going into qualifiers with a patched up side and playing centre mids as centre half's and players not really wanting to be here.

After saying that, we will go with Kennedy have a patched up side who get put out the qualifiers and recruitment will be another * window where we bring no pace into the team
