My last post (for a while)

I’m going to jail for wee while. I was charged with ‘assualt to injury’ by there finest in the Strathclyde police. However the procurator fiscal upgraded it to assault to serious injury and permanent disfigurement.

What happened was. On the night of the Tyson Fury Wilder Fight 2. I was waiting on the Burd getting out the chippy..bit on our way home a herd that fukin dirty famine song.( a would love to say I raise above that *, I don’t). I was raging with hearing that out load. A ask whits that about. Guy got stupid with me, pushing me and that. A crashed him with ma whisky tumbler. He’s got 3 pals sayin it was a random attack, him aswell. CCTV shows him fallowing me but not the Racist abuse. Ma brief says plead guilty a can’t argue with the charge.

Anyway. A don’t post a lot but ave been on TC since 2007. So before a go to jail could at least wan ay yeez, just geez a ( y )

Is that no pretty much GBH you've been done with?

Does the CCTV show any of the pushing or glassing? Only problem is I take it the guy was caught flush if they've upped it to permanent disfigurement..

Aye you're bang to rights with that but if your bird back's you it's your word against their's as to who started it off. Would change the outlook if you went to trial and the jury took your side.....rather than accepting you're getting a lie down for 3 year..

Good pal of mine in a sort of similar position glassed someone in a pub door and it's clear as day on camera. He got told this week he's looking at a 2 for violent disorder and that's without the guy even coming forward who's face was a mess but CPS went for it still..

Don’t take any * when you’re in, and don’t be anycunt’s * - in every sense of the word.

 

Does sentencing not include previous criminal history, social Work referral. Hefty backog in the courts wi Covid-19 as well surely. Of its a first time offence commonly service and a fine.

 

Not for smashing somecunt with a glass...

 

Whatever happens, keep the heid up and hope for the best.

 

I’ve had community service and a fine for the same thing pretty much, before this.

I suspect this isn't a first conviction either. Maybe his username isn't the same person that shows up for other things. Nothing about this case shows.

After midnight on a Saturday morning is a strange time to be jailed with no further communication.

 

You have sadly served time then padmill..? What other advice can you help him with. Honest question.
