I would have thought it was down to the manager whether he wanted to take the team to Dubai or not. Both are to blame because either the board or manager should have pulled the plug on the idea. The fact it was an injured player that then forced the majority of the team into isolation just summed the whole mess up. Out of curiosity, do we know if Forrest went?

Whilst I agree with the general point, hatchet mans done a good * job with them man.

 

Totally agree with that mate, people saying “ they’ve only dropped 8 points so they still deserve, guaranteed if we were sitting anywhere near them they would have dropped more than 8 points. But because the gap has been so big so early they have been able to go out and play with no pressure and plenty of confidence

 

I don't think I'll fully enjoy a victory until he leaves or is removed.

 

He confirmed in an interview that it was his decision to go and that Lawwell shouldn't have apologised, it should've been him but only to the supporters for the outcome of it ie. Missing players.

 

Honestly mate, I don’t know the ins and outs of it because I was too angry when it bit us on the * to do so. Was just a couple of pundits talking it was above his level that took the decision, but aye, if he resisted I don’t think it would have happened.
Don’t know about Forrest but I imagine that was medical staff advising on the injured players.
