He had the respect of the players, knew when to change things, and didn't shove snuff up his mooth every time the camera went on him.

Oh, and Kennedy spoke to him.

We could get Lenny to do it for you... but he'd probably use the back side of the blade or get Duff to do it and he'd probably miss yer throat and just cut off an ear

Pretty sure we'd have won the league with any of the Rodgers in charge instead of Lennon.

Kenny or even Buck would easily have done a better job.

Ted Rodgers would have done a better job this season than Lennon...

... and Dusty Bin would have been a better defender than Duffy as well.

    With ease.

Against dangerous opponents he'd know when to hold them & know when to fold them and when Lawwell came in the showers with a contract he'd know when to walk away & know when to run.

I don't think so people forget we were on a downward trajectory from 16/17 and he wasn't properly backed after his first season.

I think we're also underestimating how well rangers have done this season they'll likely go unbeaten.

    BANG ON.

    Progress and Ambition.

Two words that scare the * out of Peter the Penny Pincher and Co(although not when it comes to applying bonus schemes for himself).

And as a result of this attitude, we have this massive regression. Our problems are self-inflicted. Not down to "Coronavirus" or "no fans in the stadium" or "players not dealing with pressure".

Was listening to one of the fans podcast the other day. And the following comment was made.

"Brendan Rodgers didn't take Celtic as far as he could. He took them as far as Lawwell and Co would allow it"

If the board would have backed him & his ambition things would be very different.
