We’ve been * all season!!! NL was sticking up for them for a long time before he said they weren’t playing well. Listen if you want to bash Lennon and let the players off then fair enough.

I swear if Ally Mccoist been appointed manager, and had been deliberately and blatantly sabotaging the 10, he still couldn't have managed to * us up anywhere near as spectacularly as Lenny has this season.

And the horrifying thing is I still expect him to be seeing out the season, and quite possibly being in charge for next. It's * brutal.

Too far

 

There's no way he'll be in charge next season.

Not because the board have any level of competence but that people simply won't renew season books in that circumstance.

 

For a long time? He was slating players for wanting away after Ferencvaros.

 

Keane would be just a more well respected version of Lennon. Bawling and shouting with limited tactical nous.

M8, over the last few months I have had my usual wee Saturday night drink but, since our total capitulation, I am not enjoying it and can't even get half pished. I will only enjoy the state of being pished again when that * resigns from his post and you and I can raise a toast in our quest to get fully pished in celebration

Club should've prepared for that. We all knew who. They must've been aware of it too.

Completely mismanaged from top to bottom.

 

Lenny has been blaming his players for years. he did it at hibs and hes been doing it since the Ferencvaros game this season.

 

What point are people making when they say this? Every club has players wanting away - usually key players. We always make out like it’s only us with this problem.

The manager’s failure to handle it is what has * us up, along with his many other failures as a manager. It’s not excuse to say some players wanted away. It’s like complaining the other team keep trying to score goals.

 

Think I'll set myself an alarm for 7am on Monday.

 

I expect it is because the plan has always been to appoint a new CEO, who will appoint a DoF, who will appoint a new manager. And they have no back up plan as usual so are hoping to stick to that.

 

If the rumours are true, I would imagine this would be a Monday lunchtime announcement

 

I've never known a strength of feeling to be so universal against the board and manager than we see as this point.

I don't know a single Celtic fan that wants Lennon to remain as manager; yet our 2 alleged Celtic supporters who hold power over it, seem to want to.

I've been a vocal critic of our board's strategy for many-a-year and other milder Celtic fans in my social circle who were previously happy to let it slide as we continued winning are gradually coming round to similar thinking.

The kickback from this season will be felt for a long time to come. Diehard fans are being turned apathetic. People are disengaging altogether with Celtic and they're going to have a * of a job to get everyone (or as many) back onside. Maintaining the status quo with Lennon in the summer certainly won't do that.
