Good luck to the wee guy. What player in the right mind would want to hang around this hornets nest. The board and management have been far from convenient with the truth. We never bothered with preparation or tactics or further development of the talent we hold. These guys don’t get teary eyed over the green & white hoops. They want to further their career and they have been met with empty promises of CL involvement and improvement on wages with appearances and performance. He can have his potential fulfilled in the Bundesliga and will probably be moved up further forward to improve the team. I’m done with getting * off with players who want out because the management don’t seem to be budging. Good luck Wee man, you done yer bit and made Celtic a very good profit.

He’s been given the chance to move to a top 4 Bundesliga team and no doubt treble his wages, at least.

Why would he turn that down? He’s not a Celtic fan. He currently plays for a team who have been * pathetic all season, with a dud manager and coaching staff. He gets kicked all over the pitch in this league as well.

People are actually slagging the guy off for leaving a team who are going to finish about 20 points off the top in Scotland, to move to a team who will likely get Champions League football and have a far better calibre of player and coaches than we have.

    Jesus christ.

I think it may take longer than a year but maybe in a couple of years with the right coaching and setup, I reckon he'll be an excellent player.

Amazes me that folk only question stuff when it doesn’t fit their own view.

Don’t know how many times I can say that the quote is from a dodgy source.

Doesn’t stop anyone from believing a quote if it ties in with their own belief system.

Ready just there he didn’t want to entertain contract talks a few months ago, back then he musta had about 20 games under his belt. Fair play to him going for the top as soon as possible. When a team like that are coming in for you, sitting 3rd in Germany, you are never saying no. Good luck.

I dont see anyone slagging him for leaving. The coaching staff are getting most of the blame for it and quite rightly

Sounds like you should be moving to support the team he is moving to yourself.

    * Celtic and this league.

Good * riddance to any player who * off at the first sign of trouble.

Frimpong clearly thinks he is better than he is.

Paddy Roberts was more exciting and productive than Frimpong ever was. Where is he now?

    Sand dancer.

You think he won’t get treatment in Germany?

Let’s see how his career pans out.

If that's your idea of fun, crack on.

It just seems silly to me.

This hardly the first sign is it... Lennon has been here long enough to wittle away any and all professional standards, offer * all coaching, analysis, guidance to players, that any good is coached out of them.

This guy gets an offer, no doubt a sexy one at that, he's no youth product, he's no "celtic boy" so he takes it.

Bearing in mind it's the club that receive the offer first and foremost and have the choice of knocking it back.....

Plenty people saying * him, wee *, * anyway etc etc.

Don't think he's done much wrong personally. If you're a player that's not grown up supporting this club and have the opportunity to get out of this current * show, be mad not to consider it.

Give me a single reason why Frimpong should choose to stay here instead of moving to Leverkusen, who are currently 3rd in the Bundesliga?

He’s not * off at the first sign of trouble. He’s moving to a better team in a better league. Players do it in every league in the world in every single window. Just because we are ra Sellick doesn’t make us different.

How does he think he’s better than he is? What are you basing that on? What a * ridiculous statement.

And your last point. James Forrest is more productive and exciting than Lustig ever was. Thoughts?

I’ll take silly over personal abuse of a bona fide Celtic legend who should have left or been sacked months ago.

A wee joke. Better than calling a man who literally had bombs posted to him a jakey snus lazy *.

    Makes me sick.
