This season gets better by the day.. cant blame him, we are an utter shambles.. Good luck to the wee man

 

Who can blame him? he came to us with a dream that ended in a nightmare of a season under a pig headed strategically incompetent management team, inept of ideas! much as I would love him to stay and be part of a rebuild! good luck to the bhoy, I think he will always stay a fan.

Did Lennon no come out a few weeks back with excuses about the difficulties of buying from the European Market etc this transfer seems to have been pretty straightforward

 

Wow! Didn’t see this coming. If he wants away then let him go. But tbh I’m not surprised he wants away. Utter disgrace of a “management” team we have. I feel with the right coaching, in a few years he will be worth treble the apparent £11m we’re getting.
If we’re not getting a new manager in the now I’d rather we didn’t buy anyone this window.
That money may also be used to plug holes left by our embarrassment in Europe and lack of income due to covid.
Hopefully they use some of it to get Lennon et al to * but I won’t hold my breath.

Surprised & disappointed about this. Under the right manager the wee man could turn into a star.

 

He's nowhere close to Tierney. He will get better but not comparable and unlikely to be I'd say.

Not the finished article and does need to improve. Good coaching will obviously help.

 

Take the money and pay off the coaching staff.

* this season right into the sun. He was a breath of fresh air and far too much was expected of him from the supporters and team. Almost the 2nd or 3rd game he played, everything was getting played through him and is it any wonder, when our "management" have literally zero clue.

Add to that the pathetic protection from our cancerous SFA referees and the hacking on him. All the best to the wee man.

 

Doing alright , been more or less playing consistently up until last two weeks. Tranmere appear to be generally absolutely awful.

If you need to somebody to tell you to get the head up in the final third then it probably runs a bit deeper than that.

We wouldn’t pay him what he wants and he is moving on. * all to do with coaching.

 

Frimpongs final baw will look better in a better team with good players. 10 million is a steal for them should have been looking for 15-20m in today’s market.
Not that it matters of course, makes no difference to who we will sign to replace him

We are never gonna have a better opportunity to play young players. Bring O'Connor back and play him.

Given he was bought for £300K they'll basically be getting 30% of the full fee more or less

 

Good luck to him. There's not much else we can offer him and he can play in Europe and rub shoulders with the likes off lewandowski and haaland.

Forrest will be back soon. I wouldn't say Frimpong was any better.
