No you don't, having a dig when you are in the wrong makes you an insufferable *. It's not just the dig at the government. It's how unprofessional we were whilst in dubai sitting drinking n having a party as if we were 19 points clear not behind.

I've been saying this myself, a solid pay cheque wouldn't keep me in the job atm

It's not a defence of Lennon. He obviously went into the job as Lawwells puppet when he let Lawwell dictate who his back room team would be.

In my mind this is what set the tone for our spectacular downfall and the only way to fix it is to get rid of the whole shower. Lennon, Kennedy, Strachan and Lawwell

What I take from it and I’m not sure how I do but he seems like he has no concerns about being out of a job anytime soon.

You can almost see the bit's where he knows he's sounding a bit daft..

We were completely professional. We weren't there on a jolly..

Then the next line says the player's were having downtime and a beer on the first day where they did nothing..

    Fucksake man :giggle1:

I don't think he thinks that's daft though, that's the scary part about it.
'So we went for a few jars, big deal, was our day off' ... mon tae * :giggle1:

He absolutely screams of everything we don't want in a manager.

The Scotland thing I agree with, but that’s about it. Remember Scotland had a positive test just days before that game in the camp aswell.

As for Dubai, it’s simple we just shouldn’t have went. Don’t care about them having a pint or that in normal circumstance or at home they are human like the rest of us! But abroad in a country with rising cases is mental! They’d never be allowed to do that in Glasgow when pubs were open during the summer there. Why even try and defend that.

He does have a point about Scotland but there's no getting away from it....we shouldn't have went. We didn't have to. It was stupid..

No only was the timing terrible because of the pandemic and lockdown but we'd just lost and lost the league to the Huns the day before..

The fact it's happened in our bubble more than once in a couple week's, nevermind before, and yet is still embarrassingly defended....blows your mind..

It kinds sums up our season how blind and arrogant they've been..

Celtic shouldn’t be exempt, no. There are clear cases of double standards going on here though.

What’s to say julien never caught this on his return to Glasgow? (Unsure if tested before they landed or not??) I find it incredible that if he had it over there that he travelled on a plane and bus etc with full Celtic team yet up until today we had never had anymore cases, bearing in mind how rapid this virus can transmit.

I agree they shouldn’t have went given the circumstances however they were given the nod from the snp government and the SFA yet the same government have come out and lambasted them for it.

In terms of cases we r probably one of the lowest in Scotland but don’t let the truth get in the way of a good story eh?!

He still looks pished as well.
Maybe that’s why he’s had so little self control here?

He's missing the point altogether tho, he and those who sanctioned the trip, put us in a risky position..

With players health and with the inevitable PR disaster that followed..

Then we get a positive case which blows any small chance of turning things around..

Need to see the full interview to see what else he said, but we've got absolutely nobody else to blame but ourselves..

    Shambolic.

Just seen a snippet of the interview.

An absolute embarrassment to the club.
