I highly doubt it ! Unfortunately the huns know how to play in europe so chances are they will be in champions league proper and financially will end up in a decent place and attract better players ! Id imagine it will be like 2000s where it will go either way

    Ridiculous thread tbh..

The scale of the rebuild will make 1IAR very difficult.

Good on you Drakhan for at least trying to be positive. Doubt 9 obviously, but under a decent manager and a board that gives a * there’s no reason why we can’t go on a few titles in a row run again. Think we will win the league next season for a start.

We should be focusing all our efforts on improvements in the short term.

The 2029/30 season shouldn't come into our thinking even for a second.

Typical - couldn't write it... Bayo is scoring, Hendry is playing well and covid started in Celtic Park.

Is it just me or when rangers draw games we seem to draw fs - we realistically should be looking at 4 more points on the board.. poor , tame and * poor and most of our players don't even know what it means to wear the jersey.

Mikey J - yes coming back from injury, but where did he get all the hype from, from what I can see before and now is that he is another Christie player, tries to do too much and a selfish player.

Duffy has been so lucky and got amazing luck breaks to be a pro footballer, he has been surrounded by better players who made him look better than he is..

Taylor - he cant start these last 2 games or even come on, what did he do wrong? He isn't a starter but sometimes he isn't back in the last third.

Mcgregor - I don't see it, I hope a new manger comes in and brings him back to himself, he is regressing, in key moments in games he never seems to grab the gall and do something special

    Rogic - na mate!

    Frimpong - offers zero

I know we cant look back and what is done is done, but a draw at rangers, and 4 points it all could have been a different pressure environment created for the run in :(

    Easily.

We've the resources to means to achieve it.

What holds us back is people in charge who refuse to capitalise on our clear advantage domestically and would go from raking in cash under Rodgers to scrimping and saving on Lennon.

If efforts were actually made that showed true ambition to achieve 10iar this season, then frankly, we'd be 6 points ahead of the huns right now.

Hopefully not as I really can't be arsed with another era of "we can worry about Europe after we've done the 10" to * it up anyway

No, simply due to the fact that no matter how well we're run the authorities in this backward shitehole are always willing to overlook 'inconsistencies ' when it comes to our rivals.

We can do anything we like, but our history shows we rarely do the correct thing that is needed. If that other crew manage to get into the CL next year along with the 30-40 Million that comes with it, we are in for some very very tough years ahead.
Our whole club need a review from manager to coaches to scouting. Some of our signings have been shocking.

what is the actual craic for next season (2021/2022) - when the rangers win the league this season, do they go into the 3rd round of CL qualifying ? .. and depending on how well they do in Europe this season the winners of the league next season could get automatic with second team into the qualifying groups?

Yes we could but the board lacks the ambition to make us a champions league club.

    No.

Our second run, whether we like to admit it or not, was facilitated by the complete absence of serious competition for a number of years. (For me, the Quadruple Treble, and the Invincible Treble in particular, are far more impressive feats.)

We failed to consolidate a position of unprecedented strength, and Scottish football has now reverted to the status quo ante. Talk of a third run is preposterous; indeed talk of winning the league next season is fanciful enough.

    Absolute certainty.
