Eddie Howe, Michael O'Neill and Chris Houghton be my shortlist.

Any of them would do a solid job.

Would take Howe and O'Neil but not too sure about Houghton. My only concern is that any half decent manager might have heard through the managerial grapevine just how hard it is to work under Lawell if he's still here.

Living on the south coast, I can promise you Potter isn’t the man to lead us forward.

it’s a justifiable complaint, that his Bha team have no end product, and his team’s lack of goals is alarming.

Yes his teams are organised, and play out from the back. But once they cross the half way line, everything slows down alarmingly.

This weekend against Newport in the FA cup, Bha struggled to create anything meaningful in front of goal, and we’re lucky to go through on pens.

There is serious talk of whether he’s taken Bha as far as they can go, and plenty more around his credentials compared to Chris Hughton who proceeded him.

If this is the style of coach you want Eddie Howe is a better option.

Would take any of them but my preference would be in the order of the post.

You're spot on about Lawwell - they either wouldn't take it if he's there or would walk out when he starts interfering in the football side.

He has to go otherwise all progress will be temporary.

Wouldn’t want Houghton. Decent guy but his teams play dreadful football.

Think he’s a slightly worse version of Steve Clarke.

I know this is a lazy comment but we should be looking at the continent for a DOF and a management team. Celtic are supposed to be a European club first and a ‘British football’ club second.

People on here give out about his football. It’s a results based game and anywhere he’s went he’s done a very good job. After the year we’ve had I honestly don’t think a steady Eddy is the worst thing. He got Newcastle and Brighton promoted could the football have been that bad?

Probably would shore us up in European football but domestically where we are expected to be winning 95% of games his tactics would invite pressure.

Think we should look outside the box to the continent or further for a young manager with an ability to bring through young players and is well able to get his team's playing good football..if that person is available now having 5 months to know what he has at his disposal would be invaluable

The first man since Jock Stein to win 3 leagues in a row and get us to back to back champions league knockout stages?

Who ever it is it should be done now! What’s the point in waiting till half way through the summer window to sort it out. Next season starts now. Two windows are required to sort this mess out not half a window.

By delaying the rebuild is further detriment to the club. Feels like the board are sabotaging us because it’s clear the writings on the wall in terms of there own future here.

Managers with ambition, their own style and would want to bring in specialist backroom staff (not their own, but specialists none the less), wouldn't fly at Celtic.
Too risky that they would argue with Lawwell for being a tight *.

Tbf Slavia Prague constantly over achieve. I would definitely look into him.
