He is very frustrating. Clearly he is a very talented player when he's in the mood. Sadly that's not often enough.

We were warned this was his attitude when he came. He was the very same at City. He should have matured by now, but it looks like he'll always be the same.

I was baffled why we didn't sell him to Southampton in summer. Fair play to the board not selling any of our actual good players like Eddie and Ajer but they were after Ntcham for £10-12 supposedly.

He'll never make it to the top of the game with his attitude and application.

He offers absolutely nothing and wastes a spot on the bench. Sell in January.

Pler, even with all his inconsistencies. Think a better manager gets more out of him, more often. Bar this season, he always bossed it against those lot. Rome will live with me forever.

Imagine he'll be off in January but I've no ill feeling towards him. Hope he gets a decent move

I don't know for sure, even with Rodgers he was always hit and miss.

I think there is a combination of factors with him.
For me, one of the biggest is brown.
This ain't a bash on brown, I've made this argument for years now. But any time we play two deep sitting players, or slow players, we look * poor. We don't have room for it, not in Scotland.

Be it brown + mulumbu(the year I looked in to results), or bitton, ntcham, eboue at the time. It never ever worked.
The season we had mulumbu here, it worked out come March, any time we played a combination of these players we dropped points.(it is also why we can not force brown and soro in to the side at the weekend).

Ntcham is a lazy looking player with flashes of brilliance, I think he needs to be in the right sort of midfield for it to work.
Something we have never really offered him because we used brown so much.
I don't think Lennon can see this though, and this is a bash on Lennon.

I'd love to see him run the show here, but we won't ever allow the midfield to be built around him - similar happened with Tommy G. These are talents that are quite likely a style above and different to what we are used to, but if we want to get the best you need to work around their talents.

3 man midfield with ntcham McGregor and Turnbull/Christie could work for me.

Not in a flat 2 though and not beside brown.

Could have all the talent in the world but if your attitude isn’t right then it’s no use, he will probably go elsewhere and be superb.

I think its just not in his DNA to do what he is paid for-perform within a team. Gave us a few good moments-Huns and Lazio but for every good game, 10 pish I cant be * games.
    No substance, punt.

Sad that this * was getting a game ahead of Soro and Turnbull earlier in season.

Would be happy to see him go in Jan.. A shame as he's got ability but has failed to turn that ability into consistent quality.

Apparently West Brom have opened talks? Twitter rumour so could be * but would happily send him on his way for a decent fee. On his day he has it all but his attitude isn’t what’s needed here. Behind calmac, Christie, soro, Turnbull, rogic, broony for me. Sad because if he does go, I can see him being a pler but he will never reach his potential here purely down to his attitude.

As much as I think there is a player in there and if we was to keep him he needs a midfield built to his style (3 man, mcgregor and Turnbull either side), I'd honestly sell him tomorrow no problem.

He should be somewhat ashamed in himself though, that the level of club looking at him is Brest and West Brom.
Dembele got Lyon, Tierney got Arsenal.
Edouard is being sniffed by similar calibre and will likely go to somewhere around that level, maybe one below due to recent performances.
Ntcham, who I dare say at times fancies himself to be a cut above Celtic, is being linked with sides most certainly a level or two below us.

As much as we could do more to fit him in, he has been here long enough that he should have also adapted more to our setup and done more work to get in the side.

A talented player when he is in the mood , but I think his heart left with Rodgers and we should have moved him on last Summer but hindsight is a wonderful thing !
I would gladly take him to the airport to get him out the door .

I wouldn't be devastated if he started over Christie tbh.
